Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 35
My team this week;
Smith Brailey
Fifita Wallace Kaufusi Yates
Surgess Crichton Hess Bodene Siro Winterstein
Norman Lamb Niko Frawley
Smat Turbo Kelly Idris
Slater Ponga RTS Cotric Suli
25 trades and 95K ITB. Can't see anything major just yet.
Was going to go Siro to Stone but pm888 mentioning Pauli Pauli is indeed a concern. It's for Siro so might just be worth it, but with the rep round, Pauli might slot right back in in a fortnight. Still might even go Siro to CHN if starting. Need to do something with Siro this week though. Not sure on Brailey and Niko as reserves, could go Cotric and Yates.

Honestly I feel like success so far is 90% revolved around 3 big players so far- Hess, CHN, Crichton. And to a lesser extent Ponga. If you got all those early you should be right near the top barring some catastrophe.

88k in the bank. I'm thinking Hess to Whitehead. Is Whitehead still a solid move? I probably need another 2RF. Could bring Hayne in also but still up in the air with that right now.
Hess to Whitehead seems a bit sideways at this stage mate. On first inspection you do look like you need another 2RF, but not so sure now considering the wonderful depth in your FRF.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 35
what are people's thoughts on an idris for hayne trade. aware that idris has more money to make once he evetuanlly plays.
im happy with my centre pairing of smat/bj as boom/bust as it is. and would allow me to stop having to rely on cotric in my 17. think i've just talked myself into it.

Yeah, Idris has a lot more money to make, but not a bad trade. It would be a toss up if you still have Kelly, Suli or Talakai though.

Probably leave Musgrove out. Niko and Cook the other to miss out. Bodene I'm hoping bounces back and CHN is a lock if starting. Toss of a coin between Cook and Niko.

Maybe consider bringing in NBrown for Siro via Kaufusi. Bye friendly and would restore your dpp flexibility. Looks like you would need to double trade though.

Yeah mate, exactly what I was looking at doing but yeah, a double trade is what I'd have to do, and I'm not sure if I'm prepared to do that this week, or if I really need to. I wish I did it last week, but wanted to give Siro the benefit of the doubt with his minutes, but it backfired badly haha.
