I'm sure the Knights legal eagles are all over it though. You wouldn't be able to do it illegally, surely.

you would think that it would be pretty clear cut with the wording.
Its more about continuing to build a culture of good men who may now think before doing something stupid. Im proud of the club for it, it sure as hell beats just sweeping dumb shit players do under the rug like some other clubs. But sure, disrepute is potentially the word (if thats actually in the contract) people will argue. How do you measure it?

On a totally unrelated note, what happened to the TPJ situation from this time last year where he was under investigation for hitting a woman?

I'll be amazed if the Knights get through the year without another scandle of some kind. Perhaps this new fine system is being aimed at a certain pisswreck 7?

Now that he is the captain it wouldn't surprise me if it was his idea

I thought there were already rumours swirling about their ex bad-boy turned captain-playmaker being back into the rusty water in a big way.

That's the nicest thing I've heard said about Pearce in a long time.

So not the worst but Dylan Napa has been filmed giving it to some chick and knows his mate is filming. Funniest tweet I saw was "the NRL suspend Dylan Napa again for leading with his head"

Slap on the wrist and $5k fine was what Konrad Hurrell got for filming that chick for going down on him and that getting into the public arena.
She knew she was being filmed but that did come out just before Women in League round.

Be interesting to see if the NRL has really changed much in dealing with this in the last 5 years.

What are we really expecting here if she knew she was being filmed?

It looks like an old video. Hopefully he sues the pants off whoever released it and any media outlets reporting on it.

Read the story but haven't seen the video. Don't know if the woman is shown clearly or known in the video. If she was filmed without her knowing, that's bad and the sort of thing I think you want to punish.

If she knew she was being filmed and was comfortable with it, then if I'm Napa I get on the front foot and play the victim - "I'm extremely embarrassed and humiliated that this private video of an intimate sexual encounter with someone I was in a relationship with from a few years ago has been leaked to the pubic without my knowledge or consent. I hope if any good comes out of this it is that people will learn that innocent decisions they make when they are young might come back to haunt them years later. I won't give the mongrel who released this any more limelight for a despicable act in leaking the information. I've been aware for a few years that someone else might have this footage. It's something I've hoped for years won't be leaked to protect the lady and our families from embarrassment."

He looks at the camera in the video, surely he cant say he didnt know he wasnt being filmed lol
It looks old as fuck, he looks like he might be like 18 in it, looks young as.

Fucking shit from whoever released it.

If its all consensual then fuck me, hes literally done nothing wrong. The NRL shouldnt do anything about disciplinary wise.
If she has been filmed without her knowing then who ever released it/filmed it could be in trouble. 1000000% napa knew it was being filmed
