Anyone bringing in Moses if he's named to start for the Eels or is it a wait & see scenario.

Norman is a sell unless he's miraculously back next week.
With the Eels not starting their byes until R16 he will probably be back just in time to miss another 2 games in r16 and r19

Clearly a fake place name. I'm onto you kiwis. Gotta be pretty quick to beat a kid from Burpengary.

I'm waiting for further info at this stage:
NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio May 14
More
Brad Arthur indicated early diagnosis is a grade 2 MCL sprain for Corey Norman. Would be 2-4 week recovery
What if he's only out for two weeks? He would then play rd 13 also which will be just as difficult for me as other rounds. He'll been keen to get back asap and people do return early. I'm not saying he isn't a trade, I'm just going to get rid of Turbo first and play ARey and Frawley for now at see what happens this week.
Further to this, I think it was Honeysett who traded out Peachey who was supposed to be out four weeks and only ended up missing the one game from memory. I'm gonna just wait a week I think unless some concrete worse news comes out.

Yep they're just guessing at this stage. I'm thinking of holding Norman and trading Turbo. Any reason I shouldn't get Will Hopoate?
Anyone?

@ Mulvy. I like the Hopoate pick & Bulldogs are one of the top 5 teams for the byes.

Always updated on the front page when Milchy has done them. ItsJay posted them a few pages back as well.
Alternatively if you are stuck ask for specific players and someone will normally know them for you.

I was in Ireland listening to talkback radio and they were laughing that NZ has a place name "Whykickamoocow" (Waikikamukau) and I texted in why are you guys laughing when you have places called Kilcock

I didn't realize JFH was out again, good for CHN for a bit longer I guess
At this stage I'm holding Norman and hoping he will be back much quicker

Warriors not prepared to release Lolohea yet (seems like they may be waiting on TMM) so unlikely Moses is going this week

For those with RJennings, it was an injury not dropped:
NRL PHYSIO @nrlphysio 3m3 minutes ago
More
Robert Jennings had a meniscectomy, usually comes with 4-6 week recovery. Will start running this week, aiming for a return in Rd 13-14
Think he will struggle to get back in though

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 40
Will Adam Elliott start this week? An average of 40 would see him make about 90k before trading out in rd19. I don't see Kaufusi making anymore than Elliott if he's starting, frees up a stack of cash for other upgrades, could be useful for bye points and make some cash in the interim as well and if he jagged a few tries could be a great option and their draw is reasonably favourable. I was looking at SST for the same reasons and same bye schedule but I don't think it will leave enough cash for my other planned trades. Unfortunately Dogs don't play until Sunday and I don't think TLT will help necessarily and he would likely be in my 17. Too risky?

Waikikamukau - was gonna bring this into the convo too... best fake place name ever!
My Dad used to joke about Maraetai. Would ask if I knew where it was and then tell me it was across his nose from his left eye.
Dad jokes.

What's everyone's long term strategy with Brailey?
Hold till after R18? And potentially suffer a 40k price loss if he averages 30 till then.
Or upgrade during byes? To who? Uncertainty around Macca vs Knik. McInnes probably bottomed out and Brailey peaked so trade ASAP..?
Or trade to DPP nuff when peaked and upgrade via switch later?

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 40
Someone mentioned earlier about the captaincy loophole (just catching up on 6 pages of posts.....)
I had a look the other week and after the lockout for the first game in the week I couldn't move the captain and VC at all....no "S" next to their name
Their teams hadn't played yet either - potentially no loophole at all this year available then?

I don't believe the TMM rumours for a minute. Make zero sense. In one of main articles that said I believe they spelt Lolohea name wrong and said he was playing for Vulcans
