    need RTS and Whitehead to not drop more than 10k between them this week to allow me to bring in Taumalolo, Tedesco and Fifita over the next 2 weeks with no additional cashouts.

    For those of you bringing in Fai I would only do it if you are happy with the extra cash.

    Every chance TPJ comes into the squad and Fai doesnt even take the field.

    Fair chance Fai doesnt even get on the field. May only play 10 mins if he does. Nothing wrong with being purely a cash out, but to pick up some points over byes, I think Collins or Fualala may be slightly better choices.

    The only use bringing in Fai provides is his dpp status so he's good for team flexibility. I think Fine will get more minutes out of the guys like Tualau or Collins. I think Fualalo will get half a game & score 30-40 points in the 2 big bye rounds because he'll start but he'll be an a.e. problem later on because at full strength he's cemented a bench spot & will come on & score 5-10 points.

    I'm actually thinking Burns will get bumped out of the 17 & Musgrove will come in. All nrl.com have done have moved him into the 17 because he was no. 18. I'm now warming to Idris to Fuimaono.

    Yeah, Burns won't be on the bench. I'd say he either starts or drops right out. I would think the most likely scenario is Fui starts centre as he's shown a bit of chop in his first two games and Musgrove comes into 17.

    Musgrove is wearing a 'firsts' training jersey in the galley on the souths site (so is Goodwin, burns was in the ressie shirt).

    NBrown and CNorman to Semi are luxury trades. If you have 20+ trades remaining and currently have around 9 keepers in your team then sure, trade rage away.
    NBrown must have been close to returning if coach named him on TLT.
    I guess the risk is that he can reinjure himself if he lines up next week.
    I'm not sold on Semi and I'd prefer to see players string together a few good performances before getting on them

    Depends on what your other trades are though. If he misses this week that makes him only eligible for 2 of the remaining byes but also by virtue of missing a week he was meant to play, he basically has 3 byes during the period (his original 2, but also this missed one). I've seen a few people with this trading idea (the exact same as I'm running) that were originally trading McGuire to Graham and pairing Graham with Brown. Now you can do Brown to Graham instead as McGuire will miss all 3 Origin rounds but they include both Broncos byes, so he and Brown will be missing the same amount of games (injury for McGuire aside and assuming Brown plays from next week).
    You are trading one of them regardless to Graham so both would cost a trade, but one of them is sitting pretty at 470k while the other is 40k lower and with a high BE for a few rounds after having to carry a 6 on his rolling average. You either hold as a season keeper, in which case I think McGuire still edges on the back of being a bit more consistent, or you trade out to someone like Fifita in rd 16 or another gun once you can take full advantages of their byes (Merrin, Harris, Tlolo) and having the higher priced McGuire is a benefit in that scenario.

    Not counting byes would you go Merrin or JGraham?
    Assuming Merrin is back to hitting form(or trying to get his origin jersey back)

    Cant somebody please offer some advice. Im at a loss on who to trade out. I'm thinking Hayne, but eh, not sold.

    Smith - Brailey
    Graham, Vaughan - F Kaufusi, Hoare
    Surgess, Gallen, Elliot - Crichton, JDB, ET
    SJ, Niko, - Frawley, Field
    Cotric, Fui - S Mats, Olam (DPP Nuff)
    RTS, Slater, Tedesco - Hayne, Edwards

    Guys in bold are playing this week, have 12 playing. 22 Trades and $218K. Hayne/FKaufusi and somebody else out so I have 15? Not sure who to bring in???

    Cheers for the thoughts Loomer, after Brown out I have had a big look over my team and have been wanting to pick Merrin up for a couple weeks(just had other priorities)
    Looking at the balance of my Team, if I hold Fifita then will run Taupau as my other prop (so no need for Graham)
    Means I take a hit on the round 12 bye but it all balances out.

    His ownership still being low is good as well, a gamble but think its worth it.

    Anyone keen on M. Gordon. He seems to be quietly going about his business plus as the goalkicker he benefits from playing for the Roosters who score plenty of tries.
    Also I noticed Wighton scored 50+ last week & is only 277k..

    What about Smith to Friend
    Kaufusi to Tualau (or other cash-out bye+ve option)
    Hayne to Walker

    Use the left over cash next week to upgrade Niko & Brailey?

    Need some help here crew.

    Deciding between making one cash out trade and running with 11 this week or upgrading my centres this week.

    This week
    Suli -> James Roberts + $135K
    Suli -> Aubs + $208K
    Suli -> Croker + $230K

    or

    Next week
    Suli -> Aubs + $208K (potentially more because Aubs should drop $ this week)

    That would leave me with Cotric as my other centre, which for now I'm happy with.

    The extra money left over is handy as that helps me upgrade Cook later on.

    My team at the moment for reference

    Smith/Cook
    Graham/Wallace/Fai/Hoare
    Surgess/Taumalolo/Gallen/Crichton/JDB/Yates
    Pearce/Walker/Frawley/CNK
    Cotric/Suli/Fui/Rennings
    Teddy/RTS/Slater/Hayne/MWZ

    The plan after/during byes is ;
    Cook to 2nd best hooker
    Wallace to Fifita
    RTS to Munster
    Yates to best FRF/2RF
    Frawley to 2nd best HLF

    Sorry this is all over the place, so is my thought process.

    Not sure if u r being serious or not haha! But just to make sure no-one considers him - in the 4 weeks prior to the 50 he scored 17, 25, 17 ,19

    I'm very keen on Flash Gordon. Every year I've played this game I have found a place for him in my team. Unfortunately though there's no room for him right now. I've got Guth RTS and Slater as my WFB's. Since Billy was snubbed for Origin well there's no real reason to trade him out other than my own paranoia he'll get a recall in Game II.

    I reckon you pull trigger this week mate - u got 11 but a couple are not gonna get u much. Perhaps better to grab the points while u can. Like the rest of the plan mate! Nice team!

    If Niko does play from the bench this week, he might be worth cashing out to NuBrown even though he's playing. He is just as likely to not reach his BE then he is to surpass it off the bench, and the cash out gives a lot of money to play with next week.

    That said I fully expect Marshall to play QLD cup and Niko to play 6.
