2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 45

Kinda not sure what to do this week, but I don't think I want to hold a 75% Brown with a high Be and two byes still to come. I have plenty of trades so there's no issue there and 99k itb. Squad currently looks like

JDB, Whitehead, Stone, Gallen, Surgess, Crichton
Niko, SJ, Frawley, Fogerty

Brown - Taupau
Niko - Lolohea

I'd be more worried about Taupau getting suspended at any second.

I'm looking at Lolohea, but for me it can wait a week. Although, add another vote that Benji will play 5/8, but I can afford to hold Niko a week.

Lol yeah last year I had Taupau in my team for 2 months but he only played 3 or 4 games, first he got injured then he got suspended.

Could bring in Vaughan it's just Taupau the better pod

People looking at bringing in Lolohea, what are your honest expectations and those waiting a week, what would make you bring him in/not bring him in by way of a score? 35? 45? 55?

I'm liking Vaughn. I think he'll be in my team by round 15.

Honestly, no idea. But in reality, I'd only bring him in if I had no other trades to do, so yeah, not urgent. I think 30 points is always a base mark for situations like this. Depends how he defends too honestly.

Not yet traded in, but considering it. I am hoping for average of around 35. Would really only be in my 17 for bye rounds, otherwise just hang around for his DPP and 18th man.

Perhaps he is a little too expensive for that purpose. Might be better off trying for someone cheaper, even f they give me less points.

Probably don't have a trade to spare to capitalise on any money he does make, so would likely be there for the long haul

I needed a reasonable scoring 17th player for this week... so Brabbey to Lolohea... and the DPP to shift Cwalker to my WFB when needed...
I expect Lolohea to score 60+ each week

Probably the same as Niko when he was fresh out the gate. Post 30-35 with a chance of going larger.

On the other hand I can go Brown - Vaughan, Ponga to Tedesco or Nofoaluma which is a much safer combo

If Milford has been ruled out, surely Pearce would have to be rested too?

Niko scored a try on 4/5 games playing 80 for the Broncos. I can't see Lolohea matching that and will have ceiling of 35. Utterly pointless trade this stage of the season for anyone contemplating it

But a spine of Teddy, Pearce, Cronk and Friend looks a little scary

cant afford to go Graham to a suitable replacement with out cashing in someone else where.

Will look at dropping Cotric, Moga and Stone in the next few weeks. Aiming for Merrin, Mansour and Nuff.

Would appreciate any advice on potential trades (or no trades) for this week

Chambers only copped a fine won't miss game time.
