Who do you guys think I should put the captaincy on if Smith is out? Johnson, Tedesco or Rapana maybe?

If Smith is out I would probably put it on Johnson. Seems the most consistent should bank you a 50. But the other two you could get 30 - 100

@Mighty Fishes you know Welshy is referring to a bet around Aus v Wales in the Union right? Wales couldn't beat my Tag side if we gave them a 10 point headstart. Easy bet.

If I run as my team stands without trading, I would have a similar strength of a forward pack.  Bodene, Felise, Brown, Wallace etc. so have it on SJ at the moment.  Should be able to get a 50 you'd think at least.

Also, if Smith doesn't play or at least there is a bench hooker, Felise surely plays 80.  Gonna be hard to punt him if that's looking likely.  Went from trading Brown and Kaufusi out a day ago to possibly keeping both.  Need to upgrade to a captain choice like JDB or Tolo but the only likely candidates now are Bodene or Wallace.  Could punt Ponga via DPP's even.

Even if CS9 is playing  won't captain him.
Out of your choices I'd flip a coin to decide between Tedesco and Rapana. Then flip a coin for the winner against SJ.
Take away the endless worries and let the coin decide. Very Happy

    SJ for me though.

Depending on the final teams tomorrow I may have to take Smith or for McInnes and just bring him back after origin for Brailey

Kaufusi. Traded him to Graham last week (I think it was).

That's exactly what I'm thinking about doing. Gives us two hookers for Rd 15 also, and you know two hookers is better than one!! What a Face

You can't really bang your head against the wall mate, all signs pointed to a perfect trade, and if Graham can overcome his injury you still got a season keeper. Kaufusi I'm not sold on, but if there are four forwards on the bench, I'll probably punt him for Tolo or JDB.

Man, Smith, Kaufusi, everything depends on this Storm teamlist, then 1 hour to decide. A week of planning especially during origin doesn't mean shit, all comes down to the final hour! This is the part of fantasy that really seperates the men from the boys.

If Smith is named with a reserve hooker on the bench will you still hold him?
If you do hold him, will you upgrade Brailey to McInnes?

If Smith plays, I'll probably just hold and take the hit. I doubt he'll miss much game time if he plays, and to be honest, I don't see the scoreline blowing out in the Storms favour. There's a chance the backup might do a Jacks and get 5 minutes at the end.

I really don't want to spend the cash to go Brailey to McInnes to be honest. Brailey has looked good and has been improving and getting a lot more confident and involved, and his scores the last two rounds have reflected that. So outlaying 130K or whatever it is I think is a luxury. Smith wasn't himself last night and I'm surprised at the resting talk. Seems strange all round. If he doesn't play, I think it's a wise move to ditch him and then upgrade Brailey back to him at some stage. I hope if that's the case tthough, I don't get cold feet.

I don't really wanna ditch Brailey either but I think it's the smart play chasing overall. I don't know about you or anyone else on here, but I could really use the extra points this week.

So many if's, but's and maybe's this weekend.

Smith/Niko/Pearce/Brown all up in the air. Which in turn has a flow on effect to your other players like Kaufusi, Friend.

    Interesting round...

I'm thinking Slater gets picked for Qld and Munster reverts to fullback for the Storm, which I'm guessing is good for his fantasy scores...
