Thanks mate, if I don't laugh I'll cry. I do have 5 players left for tomorrow but there's no possible way I'm climbing my way out of this hole this week.
My team is pretty much complete and was supposed to be strong in these non-bye weeks to make up for a bit of a loss during bye weeks. Hahaha, oh well.

With 5 players tomorrow you'll be sweet. I'd say you'll make up substantial ground & you'll be laughing in a good way. Good luck bro.

Agreed, but it's because in our day we were taught to tackle low mate.  We were trained to stop the actual player running moreso than the ball being offloaded.

    Going to be pretty close

Yeah that's going to be a nail biter alright mate. Lafai could be in for a big points game tomorrow the way the Bulldogs defense is leaking points.

If it makes those struggling feel better-I am 653 with Tolman and McInnes to come.  I will more than likely score at least 50 points less than I have over the previous 2 bye rounds.

True mate. I think J-Trbo is the only player in the nrl that tackles low every game & he stops them dead in their tracks. There's so much emphasis on trying to tie up the ball now that a lot of the nrl players don't even know how to tackle low properly. Half the time they get their head in the wrong place & get knocked out. RTS is a prime example of this when he got knocked out earlier in the season.

Being optimistic I'll still have a couple of thousand places gain Nett, but yeah, wasn't prepared for that.

784 with McInnes, JDB, Elliott and Hoppa to go. Need exactly 200 to equal my best ever score (last year which was my rookie year). Outside chance of cracking the 1000 but I reckon I'd still be happy with 950+
