Off fantasy for a second, Wallace potentially missing Origin for a one week suspension seems ridiculously harsh. The same offence eariler in the year could see you miss a club game you're not needed for, and a similar offense in Origin would see you miss a club game you might have been rested for anyway.
It's punishing the timing of the offence more than anything else.

Surgess got off earlier this year for something similar so I there's hope for Wallace.

It does seem harsh, I'm used to soccer where punishment for representative games are kept separate i.e. a ban picked up in a club game would mean missing the next 1/2 club games, and likewise for the origin matches

I just think the easiest solution is that a Grade 1 charge does not affect origin (or even say, a 2 game suspension or less doesn't affect origin games).

Yeah, something like this seems fairer. At least with the new fines system there are a lot less suspensions flying around, but it's still harsh.

Dude just keep it simple lol. It's so easy to analyse things over and over, having 10 different spreadsheets and 5 different charts.
