Is there any confirmation yet on whether Laybutt will play? TMM is also on the extended reserves, he could come in instead.. I would still expect it to be Laybutt.. but we will see..

The two extra games is so hard to go past though from Barnett, Merrin, Taupau.
If Laybutt plays I'll definitely be giving it serious thought.

I hadn't considered Harris this season, but if he's back to 80 mins 2RF he could be a solid option

Was looking at trading Slater, but I do have 18 players available this week and with most running short, I might hold and run with the shitty hacks I have on the bench. If there is confirmation Laybutt maybe doesn't play I can loophole but not looking likely.

I like the first trade. Norman certainly not the main focus in attack now and with 2 extra games Cleary is on the up. Not sold on the other two personally, especially Smith to Macca, I wouldn't do that.

Yup agreed. I really don't see the point of that move at all. The only rationale that would make sense is if one believes Harris' scoring is going to increase significantly AND/OR there is some crazy value to be had in using the ~$90k elsewhere.
More than likely though it seems like it would be a very soft use of a trade.

Yeah I'm pretty low on numbers for Round 19 and will not be trading Harris in... even so I might consider trading Elliot out for Harris after round 19

Not sure, but the good thing is we should know a few hours before the Warriors game when they have to cull a few form their squad. I'd be surprised in the go TMM over Laybutt given the time Laybutt has had with training in JTs spot over the last few weeks.
