Even my own team, I can't pick them to beat the tigers with a halves pairing of Feeney and Hodko.

And just when I thought the knights were going to be a good chance against the tigers this weekend, I see comments on the knights forums that Hodko will come in to the halves this weekend to replace....wait for it....Lamb. What the actual F. He has been the knights best all season.

Being school holidays, I hope that the Titans have done some kind of promotion to get kids to the game for free (or something) tonight, because otherwise, it could be a VERY small crowd for the 6pm game.

Can't scoff at that!
Am I wrong or is the Warriors game on the same time as the All Blacks tomorrow night?
Fucks sakes.
Not that I can watch either anyway.

Of those three options, any sane person would've done the same. Bad luck, mate.

He copped it in the commentary too! He did some stupid things like attempting a tackle at marker after he was called not square and made a couple of simple errors. The attempted intercept on the 5th was 50/50. If he sticks it and makes a break, the commentary praises how much vision he has and what a brilliant play it is. Of course he ends up knocking on and giving the bulldogs another set that leads to a 4 pointer. Gotta risk it for the biscuit sometimes...Mighty Fishes wrote:

I'm not sure if its been mentioned but the Storm boss said that CS9 has no injury concerns at all and was just given extended leave with family over the last week or so to freshen up.

0/0 with 17 to play, no C, went from 55th to 81st. Pretty happy with that, thought it might be worse. I feel like Brown is in alot of teams above me though, which is a bummer. I really need Mcguire to rip it up against the storm tonight as I feel he's the one in Browns position in my team.
I was actually thinking not many people have him. I only had him play last night and went up 20 or so places. I was expecting to go down.

MilfordTheMagician wrote:Where do you guys get the updated scores from? They're not even updated on the fantasy site yet.
As Wolfie said, the FULL updates hit the app first, generally between 90 minutes to 2 and a half hours after. Click on the match up on the top banner. Then scroll across the top to Player Stats and there is an FPT column.
A word of warning, the main site will update the 2 highest scoring players even before this, but not the rest, so don't get caught out thinking the main site has fully updated early in the piece.
The next step is to try to post them here before OTBP, MF, Zora, Moose and myself. If you do though you need to weigh up the good it does as each time you do you steal a small piece of Mighty Fishes soul away from him.

Should I go LeBrown for an extra scorer in the bye, possible dud/AE risk.
Or just a dpp nuffie?

Re Lamb. The only reasonable half I can buy with 1 trade is Widdop. The Dragons actually have a pretty good finishing draw as they play the Knights again & the Titans twice including this round.

I wouldn't go Widdop. If you can cover Lamb with a reserve or an AE just cop it on the chin this week.
Then either cash out or upgrade depending on how your halves are looking

Agreed. I don't really think I could buy Widdop.

Well he should be an extra player for the next 2 bye rounds.
Wound you be happier with 60 extra points for the season or the potential for a shit score that may not even eventuate down the track?
Say you do cop an 8 AE from him say in Round 24 instead of a 40 odd from your next best player but got his 60 (could be less, could be more) over the last 2 bye rounds.
Only way I wouldn't do it is if it affects your loopholes in the next fortnight having 18 in a round. Even then I think I'd still get him for numbers.
