I think to make your decision easier just look at the total points each player will score from now until seasons end. Surely DCE will score more points then Munster between now and rd 26. Plus you will get DCE score this week when he goes big to show up Walters for not selecting him for originWhite Lightning wrote:Munster owners are you keeping or selling to the likes of DCE, Cleary, T-Trbo, etc since they play 2 extra games.

4 trades left and Munster is a certified G and a bonafide stud so of course I'll keep him. It gets to the point where peeps like him will become POD's in the run home because everyone wants two extra rounds of points.
I think there is a good chance that he could end up out scoring those blokes even if he misses two games. I know Clearly and D. Cherry-Evans are guns though.

ive been going back and forth with this decision all week. leaning towards keeping munster because of low trade numbers. if i had more than 5 i would do it
Me too, I have 5 on the button. But Munster is in my WFB so was contemplating Calker or TTurbo in. I baulked last night because I'd had a few and that never ends well for my teams, so Turbo might get the call up today.
The problem with that is I still have 4 top notch WFB's but only 1 solid hooker. Will be looking at something that can get rid of Munster or Slater and leave me 3 WFB's but not really anyone mid/low priced from Manly/Panthers/Knights/Rabbits.

Anyone else taking a punt on merrin as Captain? I've got VC on chrichton but with only 10 playing I think it's a risk with taking.

Yeah going these 2 trades to be able to go B. Smith to C. Smith in round 20. After the following 2 trades I'll have 3 left. 1 will be for C. Smith so I'll have 2 for the run home:
Wallace out - J. Kennedy in (via Taupau)
Munster out - DCE in (can't afford Cleary)

The moment your nephew is watching you read the forum over your shoulder and you have to try and explain why someone would post an "upside down cactus".SI wrote:

Merrin has matched or bettered 54 in last 5/7 which is when his upswing in form occurred

Awesome effort mate being 14th overall. You are killing it in overall & I don't mind you kicking my ass because I hope you get a big score this round to get into the top 10. Good luck mate.
Thanks White Lightning. I was up to 9th then JWH knocked out Friend. Things have fallen my way this season.
6 trades left and I will not be shy in using them as you have to go for broke. Good luck this round.

Would you cash out to jarrad kennedy if you could afford to? He will be used this week, and be 18th man next, unless someone is rested or injured in origin (or other unforeseen injury).
After getting Smith in rnd 20 it would still leave me 140k in the bank and 5 bench options which includes a fourth wfb (as well as a 3 into 2 situation in ctrs with smat hayne and fui).

Heck yeah I would. If you only need a certain amount of cash to make your trades then why not go for a downgrade that might score some decent points.

Can't ever remember experiencing as much anxiety and indecision with fantasy footy as I have this year. No good for the blood pressure that's for sure.
As much as I love playing it would be nice to be able to chill out again and enjoy a game for what it is without constantly having to check stats and worry about how your players are scoring.
Problem is fantasy is like popcorn, once you start you cant stop.
