Up to 490 after updates with Tualau Tolman Buhrer and Sione to come. Should end up somewhere from 600-650

On 884 after updates with Adam Elliot to come
Ranked 10th overall and 1st for the Round so far
2nd in the Fanatics Overall Group, leader sitting 5th overall
Never been ranked so low during a Round or at the end of one
5 Trades left got 17 players for next Round atm
But I'm still taking screenshots galore
(preping for the inevitable slide back down-HaHa)

44 behind with Smat to go. Which is a loss unless I do something.
So, do I go
MWZ for CMat getting me 54k in the bank and still giving me a sweat for those Mata'untrustworthtias to somehow pull in 45 between them
or
JWallace out for Buhrer
I was happy that Jwal was a keeper so don't want to do this but will if it means a win. Have considered Tolman but he's basically a pain in the ass and not a keeper. Is Buhrer tho? Not liking that he's not starting. Any better options with the limited availability at this stage?
10 trades left with 4 needed for upgrades.
Go with the 1st option and hope the Mat's get the job done, just take a chance, J wall is too valuable to lose even though his scoring has been a bit limp lately.

Nice work mate, that's a cracking score for this round! Is your team pretty much set for the rest of the season?Phantomx wrote:On 884 after updates with Adam Elliot to come

And Buhrer's no keeper? I'd just need Cmat to be a 17 type rubbish winger scorer rather than a 7 type rubbish winger scorer!

Yeah pretty much just probably get CS9 in for set and forget captain (just a little worried with his durability this year)

That is definitely one spicy meatball mate. Well done mate & keep it up & good luck. Elliott will play 80 mins today so I think he'll score a 50.

Cheyse Blair likely to miss the rest of the season. Hopefully Bellamy chooses Scott over Tonumaipea because then we'll have ourselves a season keeper at CTR

700 with S.Mat to go, ranked 14th overall so still an outside chance.
I am concerned with Mansour going forward. He looked somewhat battered
during last nights game and got sweet FA ball.

Geez maybe I didn't plan so well for the bye after all. People here bringing up 600 and 700+'s how many did you have in the other rounds?
I had 17 in 12, 14 in 15 and only 10 this round. Somehow despite being strong in two of them, I'm still getting sunk. Would have thought it'd even out but evidently not.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 56
does anyone know why kenny edwards has played 80 the last 3 rounds? as much as i hate the guy he has been scoring well 45, 59 (82 mins), 56.
if he keeps playing 80 i reckon he could match or beat out merrin at a cheaper price.
also how much better has french looked on the wing. give him space and hes a freak

I rate K. Edwards as a fantasy player because he's always busy & when he does hit ups he grabs across the field & racks up t/b's. But as an actual nrl player he's a wanker with his antics. With Scott gone for the season & Moeroa carrying his injury & also the general injuries at the Eels, Kenny has been starting lately & playing 80 minutes.

Currently on 561 with Elliot, Lamb, Tualau to play & I think I can get 100 points from those 3 players. I got DCE & Lane yesterday so pretty happy with their scores of 68 & 57. In fact Lane played so well in real terms I can see him keeping his spot until Sironen returns.

439 with Chanel to play and surprisingly I haven't lost much in the way of rankings.
You guys must all be screaming up the ladder.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 56
Yeah Kenny Edwards is a good fantasy player because he's a lunatic that plays for himself, running across field and racking up junk points from tackle breaks. Great POD if you got him but with a bye recently and a bye next week plus the amount of guns in the 2RF I can see why few if any would have picked him up.
