SJ will have scans today (if it hasn't been said already).

Is there any confirmed news on other injuries for this round?

959 for the week, and most importantly I'm first in the Eels official league for the first time this year! cheer Edged ahead by two whole points Razz.

Grats to everyone with massive scores this week. Seems a heap of y'all cracked the 1000.

    1100 points is just ridiculous.

    958 after updates

SJ ---> Pearce/Munster will most likely be my only trade this round leaving me with

    Smith (McInnes)
    Vaughan, Taupau (NBrown)
    Crichton, Surgess, Gallen (JDB)
    Pearce/Munster, Cleary (Walker)
    Scott/Hayne, Leilua
    Tedesco, RTS, Dedwards

Can potentially upgrade Fuimaono to someone like Fifita so I can leave Walker as my 18th man too.

Every scoring a lot better than me this week. Only got 815, however includes SJ (c), MAnsour, Edwards, James to name a few. Oh well, on any given week those players can punch out 60 each and my score would look a lot different.

    Thoughts on the following....

Ryan James - Keeper or not? Thinking I might sell for Fifita
Surgess - Keeper or not? 3 round AVG of 42, very bad.

Bought in Jake Turbo this week, glad he scored that try, not exactly sure how/why he scored so low. Actually just looking at the stats, he made 15-20 less tackles than normal.

    10 trades left!!

SJ likely to be the big trade for almost everyone this week. There's a fair few guys that he can swap into in a single trade.

HLFs: Pearce, DCE, Munster, Cleary, ARey
WFBs (if you have DPP): Teddy, Rapana, TTurbo, Edwards, Nofo

Pearce is the best scorer out of them so far this year, but I'm super tempted to grab Teddy instead, and move Munster up to HLF. 11 Tackle Busts this week is insane.

thanks for your services Koroisau, hello cameron smith.

my team needs to pull its finger out this week but now it feels like i just have all the same guns everyone else has anyway and only a few manage to perform at any one time.

    Smith (C), McInnes
    Taupau, Fifita, Brown
    JDB, Gallen, Surgess, Crichton, Taumalolo
    Reynolds, *HALF*
    Smat/Hayne/Scott (two of)
    Munster Tedesco RTS

    Scoring NPRs Lane, Edwards, Fui

HALF is whoever I go with to replace SJ, money no object.

Will have 4 trades left after getting rid of SJ and about 150k in the bank. No faith in Reynolds though, would probably have turfed him this week if SJ didn't go down.

EDIT actually I will probably play Edwards instead of RTS.. panthers at home verse the titans and warriors without SJ agianst the Cows...

Jake Turbo put in so much off the ball yesterday. His fantasy score definitely doesn't reflect his involvement.

So just looking at the final results of the Cam to Friend and back again tactic.

    from round 12 to 19:

    Cam scored 144
    Friend scored 348
    Cam price change +$4k
    Friend price change +$42k

Therefore 2 trades to return 204 points and $38k.

Looks like a winner in the end Smile

Anyone considering something more left field in the halves than Pearce/Cleary or DCE ?

Broncos have 4 home games in the run home, plus a trip down the M1 to the GC and round 26 up in townsville. Only leave the great state once before the finals... Could build some momentum in that time, considering Hunt even though he only managed 43 against the Knights.

If he wasn't gone next year I would. Worried about Bennett doing something stupid like benching him for Marshall or Nikorima

2 trades this week are SJ>Pearce and Hayne>Tturbo

Leaves me with this 17, 2 trades and a solid 18th man in Radradra and 19th man in Lane

    Smith, McInnes
    Fifita, NBrown, Tolman
    Crichton, Taumalolo, Gallen, JDB, Buhrer
    Cleary, Pearce
    Sione, TTurbo
    Walker, RTS, Mansour

Ended up 311th after byes meaning a gain of 4046 ranks during the byes

How did Benji fit in last game? 14 min but didn't take time away from Hunt Milf or Macca? And also whats the deal with Kodi?

I've been out of the loop for a bit.

With that in mind my advice is probably not worth anything, but I reckon stick with Pearce or Cleary... tried and true and all that. I'd actually go Cleary! Even if you ditch Cleary's last game he's still averaging 58.4 over the bye period (if my math in head is good). Obviously taking out the 126 is unfair, but just trying to be conservative. Thats better than Pearce season ave and best of the halves.

A similar Q to urs. Im looking at any other alternatives to bringing Cam in. I have concerns that he will miss a further game (maybe 2) or at least get short minutes in the run home because the Storm may well lock down 1st before the end of the regular season. Therefore Im looking at Macca. Ties in with some earlier Qs about playing time of the rest of the halves/hookers in the Broncs at the mo. Is Macca an 80 min guy moving forward currently?

Nice mate. I'm right there behind you in 314th (up ~1800 ranks over the byes). Amazing what a bit of bye-planning can do for a team huh!

came on to finish the game for Sua, we had macca hunt milf and benji all on the field at the same time. sort of played with three 'halves'. it was 24-22 when he came on, so the game was still alive.
