Will be very interesting to see how Hayne bounces back from his worst year. I'll back him in to make big improvements with a new coach and full preseason under his belt. And yes, I think he will be at The Titans.

I have this opinion that at NRL level, defences are just too organised and the full style the Walker boys use at Ipswich won't work at NRL level, but gee, I'd like to see it given a go in case I'm wrong.

I tend to think the opposite mate.

The organised NRL defences are too good for some of the uninspiring attack that some of the team's dish out and I think the Walker boys would be the perfect spanner in the works.

It's a style that Bennett employed at the Broncos this season and it yielded some success until a few critical injuries when momentum is paramount proved costly.

Warriors have played that way since time immemorial and they havnt played meaningful football in 6 years.

As I said before, its a contract year for a 30 year old hayne. His last big contract comes next year so he literally needs to have a big season or his wage will be cut by 50% or more. Even if he has a brilliant season, he aint getting 1mil next year from anyone anyway.

I reckon he will pull his finger out to get that last big deal have an awesome 2018, then will go on to have an uninspiring final 3 years of his career whilst getting paid way way too much.

Melbourne of all teams have adopted and merged the walker bro's game style into their own attack perfectly. They have a set structure but are allowed to play footy within that structure - unlike past years where were like robots. They never do settlers, they attack 3/4 times a set, not build for the last play etc. Thats how the walker's game plan can be utilized within an NRL system.

As its own system tho, I dont think it will work in the NRL. Happy to be proven wrong tho.
