seems weird to decrease to 21, considering NRL squads are going up to 30, it's gunna reek havoc on the bye weeks... The only way i could see it working are if the reserves aren't position specific, it's gunna be way too hard to deal with injuries otherwise

As far as I'm aware he is still at the dogs. But its far too early to be worrying about this sort of thing. Its going to be well into the new year before we start getting reasonable hints about likely starting lineups.

yeh aware of that, but with 21 you'll pretty much have to turn over 2/3rds of your team over 4 weeks to get decent numbers in both rounds

Really hurts as I was such a heavy bye planner. New strategy I guess, the old one wasn't working anyway!

Apparently the word is now there are only 21 player squads instead of 25 players & the salary cap is 9.4m so it is all relative.

You asked about Frawley. He's still at the Bulldogs & would be in contention for a halves spot along with Cleeland & Nu Brown.
You asked why Maloney wouldn't be goal kicker at the Panthers. Because Cleary is better.
