Friend with 2 bench utilities I don't think is a great captain option mate
yea got worried on that massively after reading this. cut Merrin down to Rocho and bumped Friend up to Smith just for full safety. gives me a bit more cash to play with in general, and although I'm all aboard Merrin this year I think to start with the gains from someone like Rochow will be worth it in the long run.
This whole fully loaded bench has me so thrown this year. Less players so need to be more certain of cows, but so much more potential to stack positions

Did you ever promise to take him one time and then didn't? Would feel so good now.
That's right. I could have had all charges rescinded since though given his antics ! Ha nah no broken promises... i know kids grow and change etc but he was a very polite and behaved kid.

Will still be a great hooking option but I want a bit more than that 55 points upper end for my Captain
I think I'm getting bogged down in too many value forwards and trying to fit them all in! If a few fail I'm behind early, might just donwgrade one and get NBrown or Fifita back in!!

Oh yeah guys like Cook have 100% got me worried, I thought you were referring to the more established "obviously no1" guys. I didn't have him originally and still might not. Just worried though that he might start well and pick up a couple of 50's and if i miss those I'm a fair way behind the pack... on the other hand i could use his 200k or so to give me a better wfb... hmm
I also mean the hookers who have switched teams especially.. the havlis n griffins and godinets.. with mcillwrick and liddle n garvey right up their shoot. I know risk n reward etc plus some of these are cheap as redskins so it eases the risk a little.
I will go with Cook. I have been mobbed into it and enjoy the feeling it gives me lol...

Yep Griffin getting about 60 mins as starting hooker. Barry Toohey the local journo here in Newy mentioned this, and he is a reliable source

Just Trade me Brown for your boy in the draft team, then bring him in to your NRL team and its win win.Welshy wrote:

Only reason I not overly worried about not starting with Brown is because I own him in every other comp so will get the gains there haha

Yea the forwards are my problem too. I'm worried I'm taking too many mid rangers who all have the potential for cash, rather than backing a few, picking a few cheapies and getting in a gun. Feels weird starting the season with no top level forward whereas in the past I would always look for at least 1 gun

Niko, Gagai, WGraham and either Napa/JWH to rediscover some scoring potential?

You should select Jed Cartright just because it would look gr8 in your teamlist @Chewie.

Looks fine. RTS not for me, but that goes for basically his whole team.
With an actual #6 (Green) and Johnston give the OK to roam I think RTS will get more opportunities
Last year they mostly played with Hingano as Foran missed the first few games and got injured

Pick 2 out of these 3: Merrin,Klemmer,Whitehead. Klemmer could be a great POD so I'm tempted

I agree but scoring potential is still very limited when your forward pack sucks.

Merrin + Whitehead
not Klemmer playing prop
