Time has come!
Bit of a sweat when the template team we’ve cobbled together includes 6-7 guys that could easily disappoint in a near-term TLT. Definitely more midrange gambling by the fanatics than ever. Let’s hope the mid range value is key to the new 21 player game

Slow starter in my experience Merrin.
There’s no fear factor with him because he’s unlikely to sky rocket in price. He’ll be achievable to get in, in weeks to come

There’s lots of pressure for wing spots, which is great, but I think Kennar is what Souths have been looking for. Big, strong, fast. Plus he has a relationship with the coach, who poached him. Jennings is under more pressure imo. Hunt, Graham hanging around. If Inglis goes to FB in a few weeks, Hunt probably gets the centre spot, Johnston to wing and Jennings is gone. I like what I’ve seen from Kennar. So does the coach.

I'll be honest, I've been doing the bulk of my research in the last few days and haven't watched a second of pre-season. BUT, in short, he does appear to be undervalued, IF reports are true that he is really fit and ready to go this season (he wasn't last season).
So yeah, you'd have to think at worst he plays to his average, but there's huge upside I would have thought!
