Lodge gave up one penalty and what, dropped two? One of those passes was fucking terrible. Take those away and his first stint is probably 20+ against maybe the best forward pack in the comp and a crapola Brisbane outfit.

Yeh lodge had a penalty as well. Very stop start game too. Not great for anyone unless you DONT have them

Anyone remember the opening game from a few years back? Sure it was the broncos again or maybe the cowboys and almost all the scores were shit minus the tryscorers??? and everyone went into full panic mode haha

So that was 25min in the first half, what if his second half is a shorter stint (as tends to happens with some players), say 15min. Does that put him at around 30 assuming he has no negatives?

If TPJ gets another 20-25 minutes in second half = 40-45 pts with BE of 27
Will see how he goes in the second half but has looked one of their best (Which isn't hard at the moment)

Round 1 scores are often low.

Everyone still getting into the swing of it, referees blowing penalties, players dropping ball, combos not quite as slick as they could be.

Don't panic too much about anyone

At least with rolling lockout if you see a player you missed or someone gets injured early you can make plans with the rest of your team to fix it.. IE downgrade a player who hasn't played on the plan of bringing them in round 2. You get a free look at a few teams from Thurs/Fri

Heh, what I'm saying is you guys are saying he did well and its only because of some negatives that his score looks bad. What I'm saying is if you take away the negatives, is a top score of 30 really "good"? Whats he priced at? Sounds to me like you can expect a least a few MT as part of his score.
