Someone not talked about was Hayne who scored a solid 38 points.

S.Katoa will be a straight swap for Isaako and I will trade him to Griffin/Rochow (leaning towards griffin as Rochow against storm forwards). I would then upgrade French or Carty (if I can afford) to Ponga/Dufty. Would give me
CS9 (c)
TPJ Lodge
Jurbo Murray RFM
Croft DCE
Mitchell Kennar
Turbo Dufty/Ponga Isaako
Lichaa Arrow Griffin Kikau
Carty Godinet Croker Havili
If TPJ is put in the bench, and with news of him not allowed to offload as much, would it be worth downgrading him to griffin?

I'm ranked inside 5k with 766 mate, its one or two different benchies in it, absolutely nothing. Easy to get back, heading the right direction, maintain the calm!WT Winfield wrote:Not the greatest of updates for me this round. 735 and slipped to barely inside the top 11k.
Tossing up between Katoa to Thompson or Kikau. Could abandon ship on Nicholls for Kikau too.
Hard to not rage-trade Kodi, but I picked him for a reason and considering how bad the Broncs were and how little he was involved, I think he will be very active next game and hopefully regain his confidence.

We've seen posters come from 20000th in Round 1 to rank very highly by seasons end yep. Getting used to a new set up probably allows even more of a shit start.

This could be a good game:
Starters avg: 37
Reserves avg: 57
Emergency avg: 34
Definitely the wrong starters, but at least the bench scored for me!

Sorry, what? TPJ offloading was the only dangerous thing about the Broncos. Is this bullshit or has Bennett got Alzheimer's?

There was an interview with TPJ at the airport the next day and he said that Bennet told him that he doesn’t want to see the offloads anymore. Just want him to complete the sets and finish the play. TPJ literally said, don’t put me in your SC team next week

Bennett would be happier coaching a team of 17 robots. Well, 16 robots and Darius.

He left injured. Someone mentioned possible broken finger, but not sure.
Also, RE: lockout.. I was mistaken earlier when I said it was normally lifted around now in seasons past.
It was usually around 7am AEST, but on occasions it occurred a few hours earlier and sometimes later.
Updates were never this fast on the website before though, so here's hoping.

Re: 2018 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 13
just looking at how VC is likely to work this season. am i correct in saying that you could strategically get a non playing reserve that has already played and got a great score, to be the guaranteed score that takes the place of the player you remove to play as captain?
Lets say for example in this round, you had Kikau (63) as the highest ranked non playing reserve, johnson (66)as VC has already played and you have a player that is about to play who you could swap with Greg L or similar who isnt playing this week. you would get Kikaus 63 and get Johnsons 66 again as captain, instead of the player that would otherwise have played.
Is that correct? Makes a huge difference compared with SC for example where you cant essentially select the player that will be the reserve. Makes it much more strategic
Would love to understand it all better as I see it as the key to winning this year.

Ifi'm understanding the question right, Captain and Vice Captain are locked in place at the start of the round this year, so the only way to get double points from your VC is if your selected captain doesn't play

I think C and VC are locked in from the beginning of the round this year, so you can't sub your C out of your team, even if he hasn't played yet.

Happy enough moving forward actually in comparison to previous years I’ve done much better R1 than the stock! Minus Katoa really happy with the squad! Has anyone got the minutes for Carty and arrow?

Roughly 50 mins for Arrow and 53 for Carty (going by substitution info on the nrl app)

Hey everyone!
So glad that you are all enjoying the new season! It's been really amazing!
We have been enjoying a flawless start here at the office, too bad most of you can't say the same for your teams! LOL!
I'm sure it will continue for us though, as we attempt to re-include all of the old features that you guys are sorely missing out on.
I've been through so many of your threads here in this quaint, little place, that I could knit a sweater! LOL!
But jokes aside, rest assured, all of the features that you guys have been clamouring on about are indeed coming soon! So keep hitting that refresh button!
I wouldn't recommend holding your breath though! LOL!
-Fifi
PS. The phantom tackle-breaks for Tedesco and Fifita will absolutely be a feature again this year! Don't worry!
I am unable to give a timeframe as to when, but Joe just informed me that they'll be implemented "when it's good and right", so keep an eye out for those!
PPS. Lockout has been lifted!
As always, enjoy!
-Feefee
PPPS. It appears we're having issues lifting lockout! Check back later!

Hi all, trying to work out how the formula works for week by week salary changes. I know in SC it is a 3 week rolling average that they use. What is the formula in Fantasy?
