So Havili or Nicholls to Thompson, or save the trade? (Thompson would give me cen/wfb cover though)

Katoa to Douehi and either Nicholls or Havili to Thompson. Both will only get about 30 mins it seems. Havili would probably only have gotten 18 without the try.

I actually do think Sam will drop a few minutes. Probably closer to 60, which Murray will also probably get.Mighty Fishes wrote:Umm how would Murray be playing 80? Surgess wont suddenly drop to prop minutes just because he has the number 10 on. Surgess played 74 mins along with Cook, Crichton and Sutton all playing 80.
Murray will be lucky to get 50mins unless you think that Turgess will be the only one getting a rest

Not so sure why you are super keen to get rid of TPJ. BE of 19 is easily achievable. Don't waste a trade until you can confirm all the bad news is true. If he jags a try and plays as he did in the first week you'll be kicking yourself.
Katoa isn't losing any money. Isn't gaining either so only deal with him if you are happy to carry your losers (i.e. guys like Croft, SST and Tedesco to a smaller extent)
French I totally understand you wanting to bail out of before he loses more and you can get dufty or thompson by the looks of things. Rethink what you want to do/achieve after that. Trades are valuable and some of these seem super sideways
So if I keep Katoa on my bench, what is the plan for him? When do I get rid of him?

Surgess played less minutes last season when he played prop. Personally I don't think Murray plays 80 this week, probably 60 imo. The Bunnies defence sucked last week and Murray certainly helps with that issue.
Yeah I'm not trying to be a dick about it I just think some people have their fantasy googles on over him that's all

Every Manly player will lose minutes this week.
Unlikely to be golden point, and likely to use more than 15 players

Lets say Murray and Surgess play 60 that means theres 40mins to share between Nicholls, Fui and Tatola personally I don't see that happening

Nice of Elliott Whitehead to pass the Random Red Dot Of The Week to Bryce Cartwright for Week 2.

I don't see much point in trading Havilii or Nicholls. They're still making money, and they might not make as much as quickly as Thompson, but I think you can get better value with your trade than that.mulvy wrote:Katoa to Douehi and either Nicholls or Havili to Thompson. Attaching an arbitrary value of $150,000 to a trade, which I have been using as my personal value-point this season, trading Havilii or Nicholls and then later trading Thompson needs to be worth $150,000 more than just keeping them and selling when they reach peak value. I don't think there is enough value in Thompson to justify that trade. He's not gonna get 60 every week.

RFM only made 20 tackles and 100m running. Can’t see 5 LB happening and a try every week, right? Obviously he’s got cash in him, but is a mid-30s score a more realistic score?

That’s because the green dots are only on Warriors players and their opponents this week are the Titans. Warriors were named one hour earlierCake Tiger wrote:Nice of Elliott Whitehead to pass the Random Red Dot Of The Week to Bryce Cartwright for Week 2.

I kept Murray and happy I did but he's definitely not playing 80. Nicholls, Fui and Tatola will see limited minutes. I'm thinking Surgess back to prop when Nicholls comes on and Murray for a rest. Both Murray and Surgess could play 60. Maybe Sutton gets limited minutes and Surgess to second row late in the game?

They used him as a decoy runner a lot in the first half, but the bulldogs love attacking down mozzas edge so he should see a lot of ball, just needs to stand deeper and get it passed to him.

If I don't trade Nicholls or Havilli for Kikau, it would have to be Lichaa, SST, Lodge or Arrow. Can still see value in all of them, but Kikau is a must have.

Before rushing in
Kikau, Thompson, Kennar, have a prediction at what you think they'll score without tries, and what price they might peak at.
I wouldn't be surprised if some of these base price players have already had their highest score for the year

current worth 517k
512k if 40
525k if 50
537k if 60
562k if 80
all using price predictor with 15k magic number

If you think there is enough money and points to justify the extra trade by selling a good cashie early then it's a good trade, and with Kikau it just might be.
Although personally I'd get rid of SST. I personally don't think he's going to improve on his scores that much, especially if he's not actually goal kicking. But I didn't rate him (fantasy-wise) to start the season and I might be wrong.
