I am thinking that Wacko should whisper a little more quietly some where further away, with a mouth full, under a tin roof in a hail storm, or even outside if he prefers.
Edit:
Wacko mate! All is forgiven, finish what your chewing, put a saucepan on your head and come a bit closer so I can hear you. Watch out for that falling ice.

Jolly good then, I got Taka as an uber POD at centre. I need someone to go well in my team.

Holy shit, Taka is not so much a POD any more.
Last week 0.9% --- this week 6.5%.
I reckon NRL Fantasy should introduce a premium for early adopters of players. Like a bonus for how long you stick with a player. Would make trades much more interesting!
Any other support for this idea. I might pitch it to fan hub.

Naaaa. Your benefit is in not having to spend a trade on a player. If you get say 4 reasonably unique players that go well, while everyone else is scrambling to get them in you can focus on the next undervalued pick or save trades for the origin period. No need to complicate it any further.

They do give a bonus to players you hold early. You get all of their price movements and scores while others than trade them in don't

Making it more agonising is all part of the fun. Imagine how excrutiating it would be the ponder getting rid of a slightly under performing gun ovet the next big cash cow, with the knowledge you would lose their long service bonus. Would make fantasy a little more realistic.
But I assume thickshake and m.s will not be supporting my proposal. Maybe I will slip Foina a pineapple to smooth the decision as an alternative form of loophole.

Heavily talked up pre-season by some fanatics that think they know what they're talking about. Jump in folks.
Glad I ignored the pre-season advice.

I like it. Possibly a low % discount could work.

The Stats indicated he was pretty much a must have. I don't have him and wasn't interested, but everyone who bought him in did so as a very good educated guess. Like a lot of this game though, it doesn't always go to plan, haha.

Yeah no support, but no harm in thinking about things like that. I think the game is great as it is.
Btw, I highly doubt fanhub have anything to do with the game rules. As I understand it they are basically the company that provide the website and functionality only. That also goes for the constant references by some people to fanhub getting certain stats wrong (such as dufty's missing try save). Fanhub don't have anything to do with recording the stats, they just take the stats provided to them (by prozone I think?), and plug them in to get the fantasy scores.

I enjoy the game too. I just think that if as a coach you ditched players like you do in fantasy, you would have a team of very disgruntled players, with and astronomical transaction costs. Maybe something like calling how long you will trade a player in for.
For a 1 week suck it and see you pay a higher price.
For a 6 week contract a discount.
Somthing like that. Brings a whole heap of things into play that treat players more like people.

Haha the last game he scored well off that nice run so you get some reward for holding him.
At least you didn't sell him straight up and got his 42 points
