Morgan & Munster? Tossup for bench maybe with Hunt, Mbye, Taylor... Jesus Queensland have a lot of halfbacks.

Api played in a golden point game, and then scored a try last week. Both boosted his score. How long do you think he will maintain his current scoring rate?

That's just speculation, and who I would pick. If they want an extra half on the bench I'd go Taylor who's more skilled and could give something extra to DCE/Hunt with Morgan or Munster going to a floating role. If they just want cover then Mbye can play anywhere 1-7 plus 9. Doesn't everyone in Queensland hate DCE too?

I don't get the whole trading Smith thing. He's the most consistent scorer. He had a bad game but everybody on the field had a bad game

Yeah poor bugger. Must be hard to keep going. I thought he was looking pretty good also, I have him in my fantasy, had some gains in him. Will be trading him out instead of Nicholls this week now, in comes TPJ.

Still a little confused on GI or Croft out for Doughy, I'm leaning Croft so I don't have 4 halves in my squad.

After doing the math. There doesn't seem to be a big advantage in making the trade. Although the 150k definitely helps another area of the team.

I would say Morgan, Hunt, Munster and Milford are ahead of DCE, and Morgan is a shoe in. Makes sense having Hunt on bench to me. 1 of Morgan and Munster could play centre I guess.

Trades this week should be straight forward but they don't seem to be.

    Croft is a sticking point

Robinson loves him but I don't think he is a keeper. At full strength he probably gets 50-60 odd minutes with some on the edge and some in the middle for 35-40 points. Might make a bit of cash but not a final 17 half

I’m gutted the injuries forced 80 minutes out of him without seeing how Robinson would of worked the rotation. Would he not now take Aubbs 80 minutes edge role?

Pearces scores have been very average to start the year. Thought he would be matching or slightly down on last year

He will be spending some time in the middle for sure. Big body so has solid defense in the middle (rotated with Tauk a few times early last week in defense) and makes solid metres with a quick play the ball in attack. Something like first 30 on the edge, Aubbo on, Matterson to middle for 15-20 minutes then Matterson back to bench with possibility of a second spell

Does it matter with teams only playing 1 bye this year?

Didn’t Matterson play the entire first half? Any reason why robbo switched them in the first place mate as Aubbs is usually an 80 minute guy?

Is Thompson going to make enough money still to justify trade? I think he has at least 150-200 and will score reliably enough. Alternatives are Doueihi or get Murray now but Murray uses money I would like to keep to fix FRF. Very nervous only having Lodge Rochow Kikau

Matterson's skillset is better in the opening 20 than Aubbo. Tupou went down at around the time Matterson would be moving to middle and Aubbo would be coming on but that plan went out the window

For those thinking of selling CS9:
    2017 round 1 scored 47 - round 2 = 72
    2017 round 20 scored 36 - round 21 = 91

those were the only rounds he scored less than 50 & the next round he scored 70+.
