I believe its the lack of attacking stats, Ponga and Watson have had some influence.
His kick metres in round 2 were still over 300 but only 1 TA and 1 LBA I believe with 2 penalties conceded which would of put him over the 40 mark points wise.

Option C look pretty good to me. We're going into Round 3, and the future importance of serious coin is pretty massive, maybe more so than holding a gun non-R13-playing type for a couple more games.

Cheers Pete. Thinking of getting him in draft. He and Tolman are targets.

Yeah, that's my train of thought too. Get on the front foot early I say.

    Nicholls Havilli Croker Isaako

    A) Lichaa - TPJ, Croft - Cleary (10K left over)
    B) Lichaa - Macca, Croft - Doueihi (261K left over)
    C) Lichaa - TPJ, Croft - Doueihi (615K left over for later upgrades)

I'm leaning towards C, then my team will be a a killer position to make money. Could also go Nicholls to TPJ and keep Lichaa I guess.

    I like option A or C.
Option A is solid, not fussed on TPJ tho.

TPJ played a great game for a team that got flogged by Dragons. Scored 51 points that game. Then next game he played the cows where broncos looked dangerous at times and has some flare. In that game he scored 60 and scored a try. Pretty small sample but he has the coaches appraisal with a starting spot and Thaiday said he is happy to take a minor roll behind him. I think TPJ is good for at least 40 each week, with the odd quiet game every month.

    Me, in prior seasons

For the record I don't have TPJ

All good, yeah they seem to be sharing the load well, Ponga with 2 TA’s and 1 LBA, Pearce with 1 each and Watson with 1 each. He’ll only get better throughout the year once they start learning each other’s games and more attacking stats will follow.

Thanks for the opinions guys. As I mentioned before, TPJ was on my radar but I took him out a couple of days before kick off. Had a feeling this year would be his year to blossom.

Most obvious move for me, like others, is Lichaa to Murray. It feels dirty for some reason. Lichaa gonna put up a 50 if I trade him out.

At least Bulldogs are first game Friday, if NU Brown drops off the bench for some reason, I'll hold Lichaa, but unless he's playing 80, he's just gonna be there in your team as a solid 35 pointer. Not making money and not putting up gun scores.

tualau and holland aren't named in ISP so that may indicate a bench shuffle or may indicate nothing at all.

It's good to see a number of different trade options floating around this week.
I missed the TPJ train, and have jumped on Murray instead...similar price bracket, different ceiling. Murray plays round 13...TPJ doesn't.
Croft has been a liability, and won't be making money any time soon. I decided to change to cut-price JT, who will probably start going up in price onwards. JT is also a round 13 starter.
I already brought Doueihi in last week.

Looking at bringing JMK in next week if he does OK this weekend. The limited info we have on his base stats doesn't look bad. He has the potential to be good cover for WFB and HLF on the bench
