We made a guess about the severity of an injury. Looks like we guessed wrong. These things happen

I'm guessing a lot of top teams sold Smith? Because I am gaining ranks rapidly at this point

It came out this week that it was a minor injury so no excuses.Milchcow wrote:

Some people just make decisions on last weeks score whether its good or bad and don’t take anything else into consideration

Didnt look like Smith made 28 tackles. I was hoping for 2 more price drops before bringing him(as i posted all week when people talked about trading him out) but he may get his BE this week.

Smith 35 at half time with no attacking stats or goal kicks.
Glad I held.

192 kick meters at half time is the big difference

I don't have him, but probably a little unfair. There were reports of not kicking etc. Most on our forum don't just trade based on last week's performance. I think the Cow's assessment aboiut right.

I'm still surprised at how well the Tigers are playing this year...

You will have to trust me when I tell you I put a lot more thought into it then that.
The reality is that if he wasn't kicking in play today he would be on 20 points and set to lose 55k again this week with a huge breakeven. That is all it comes down to really. Let's not pretend there was any keen strategy or knowhow in either of the decisions here

Didn't the Storm say Smith would only do field kicking if he had to...?
