Was planning on banking a trade but Maloney to Dugan could be a goer. Both have a low BE relative to their averages but the Dugan trade would allow me to move isaako to the emg. and net an extra 20 points
According to the below article Cleary is potentially due back round 10, this only gives 2 more weeks of dominant Maloney

There's really no way of knowing whether Bukuya bumps Sorensen out before Thursday night is there?

Sometimes you just gotta take a risk, if it doesn't work then it doesn't work. I took a risk on Sua couple of weeks ago, pumps out 60. Last week people were bringing him in, this week people are bringing him in too. Not saying every risk you take is going to pay off, but sometimes to get ahead of the game you gotta take risks, trust yourself and jut make the moves.

Prob not. Still think with Gallen out Bukuya will play in the middle and Sorensen is safe for at least 60 mins. The trouble is Capewell has been on the bench and come on and only played 20 mins so does someone take his roll or does that change with Gallen and Lewis out?

Similar thought process for me.
Want Fifita + Dugan, but wondering if it might be better to pass on one of them for Sorenson, just to get a bit more cash.
Depends how good Sorenson's job security will be, if he'll make enough cash

I have a feeling Dugan is about to remind you why you all said you'd never pick him again.

Is there a reason people are going Dugan over Mitchell (or Aitken)? Is the 30k-ish discount worth the drama from injury concerns and origin?

Havili > Sua if he holds the starting spot
Rochow > Sorenson if he holds the starting spot, if he's sent to the bench will bring in Dugan instead.
Also who out of Isaako/Hiku gets the start this week.
Hiku with no SJ/Harris is a worry

This is always just aorund the corner.
I also think Bakuya would bump Paulo to the bench. Bakuya has played on an edge but he's better in the middle. If minutes were going to be taken from Sorenson you would think Capewell would be in the 21. The bench has 3 fowards and Seggy, there's really no edge players that could take minutes off him.

Playing FB should outscore both, good Sharks draw if that matters, and people possibly already have Mitchell or Aitken (I have Mitchell). I know I said I wanted to upgrade centre last, but the halves are turning into just as much of a shit fight with SJ injured and DCE Manly dramas and they (and Matterson) are all expensive (and DCE should drop in price) so I am thinking of bringing in a (hopefully) keeper in the centres instead first.

18. Capewell. Bukuya could bump Paulo to bench and Capewell could come in for either Paulo or Dillon giving them Seggy, two props and Capewell seems the most likely to me.

Owning Dugan is like owning Anthony Davis in NBA fantasy. He is a gun when he plays but every time he gets up gingerly you hold your breath. The injury risk is real and I'd rather not put myself through that and grab Aitken instead.

But then why not name Capewell in the 17 in the first place? There's no reason to have him at 18. Paulo was pretty good, he'll be in the 17.

Aitken has had his own injury problems too to be fair

I am upgrading whitehead, my options are:
J Turbo
J Tolo
Chrichton
Matterson (who I am leaning towards due to DPP, break even and no origin)
Hess
JDB

Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 Thread Part 35
hi all,
I need an outside perspective on my team. Been going around in circles for days.
So far, I've brought in dugan for rochow. and am questioning if I need to keep cash generating going. 12.54m team value with 210k ITB after the dugan trade.
CCrichton is the biggest pain, thinking i should just bite bullet and swap for sorenson or some other cow with better cash prospects.
(c)ook
arrow, fifita,
RFM, kikau, murray,
maloney, dce,
mitchell, dugan,
ponga, tedesco, thomspon
nicholls, jmk, jfh, nbrown,
gosie, havili, kennar, ccrichton

All are solid options. The only risk is De Belin. Hess or Crichton if you want a POD, Lolo would be the highest owned and good value while Turbo is consistent and Matterson looks to be a legit elite option. If you need a half, probably go Matterson. Otherwise next i'd go is Lolo.
