Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 Thread Part 38
So I know people are sick of the Issako knock-on, but I'm gonna just add this anyway.
If you slow it right down and watch the replay, it does appear as though he knocked the ball marginally backwards, so it's technically the correct call. But in real time, most punters and players would say he knocked that ball on. Issako himself stopped believing he had knocked the ball on.
If refs are now going to be making snap judgements about the direction of dropped balls that don't clearly go backwards or forwards, rather than blanket ruling them a knock on, fine. But that's not generally how these things are policed and not how I expect them to police the game going forward.

I'm in the same boat. I could hang around but some Filthy mod would probably cut it short anyway.

Re: NRL Fantasy 2018 Thread Part 38
I'm thinking that I might have to give Mbye one more chance.
The whole reason I took the risk and brought in Martin early was to free up my trades so that next week I can pull both barrels of my Boomstick with a double-whammy Boom-Time trade in of Taumalolo + Surgess/Taupau/Crichton.
If I am busy fixing up Mbye, then how can I possibly get any Boom-Time? A man needs to get some Boom-Time in order to get to Boom-Town, afterall.
Plus it gives me another week to decide on a WFB replacement if nobody puts their hand up this round.
TL;DR- Mbye gets a 1 week reprieve; Boom-Town

Everyone having no players on Super Saturday just gives you a chance to watch the A-league Grand Final

Can you brothers give me some advice. Upgrade Kennar to Marsters or keep the money to upgrade MBye or Maloney next week and take Isaakos score this week?

My question is totally different though - if an Nrl player knocks on whilst strolling the forest, but no mug punter sees the action, was there ever a knock on ? Just sayin....
Here's an example of TPJ knocking on

Isaako's 33 this week is an acceptable centre score. I wouldn't break my plans just to avoid it.
Depends how comfortable you are with Marsters in your final 17. If you know you'll want him anyway, then may as well do it now.

True Milch. Was looking at him but now with MBye doing crap just looking maybe to fix my halves first.

I'd keep Mbye in the backs and hold Maloney til he's maxed out. Grab Marsters I reckon.

Don't really have the time to go back and read the whole thread..
What is the consensus on Cogger? Should I grab him over Mahe/anyone else under $290k?
Need to get Doueihi out.

Thanks mate. Problem is MBye is in my halves and wont be able to get him in the backs without other trades.

Not urgent to get Marsters and there's every chance he only gets 30 this week so unless it's to set up your 17 I wouldn't
