He's playing better than the rest of our halfbacks at the moment bar Hunt. I think he will stick with Morgan and Munster with Hunt on the bench, but I do think he deserves another shot, but if the rest of the team share Smith's views and he's bad for the culture than Im fine with him not being there.

Give Hunt big mins though, say bring him on after 25 mins of the game. Macca could possibly stay on field as lock/etc, depends on game situation.

Give DCE the reigns to the team. He has struggled in the past when he's had to fit into an existing game plan.

I think DCE is on the outer. This 'bullying' saga has been unsavoury. Maybe next year or in origin 3 if things dont go QLD's way

As this sinks in, takes the option of trading Smith out totally out of the equation. He will be 100% focused on the Storm now and I think we might see him back to his best.

I'm staying clear of DCE for now, due to Hodkinson, Manly and origin potential. Cleary, I'll wait and see on. Could be origin bound also, and injury affected.

Thoughts on Maloney to Watson (as a filler for SJ, and Cook over origin), and Rein to Fifita? Watson has been pretty consistent minus his injury affected game, and with Ponga out for origin apparently as 18th man (should be playing IMO) he could pick up some more points. Or less.

Might still get rid of SJ, really would love an update. I can hold him because I have $ ITB not to worry, and there aren't many halves I'm keen on ATM.

I don't think it was unfair to compare Pearce with JT and Cronk - they were playing on the other side of the field after all. And they were better than him.

Also far better than anyone else we had. Compare him with our other options not Qlds.

Just had a random thought....with Cleary coming back Peachy goes to the centres and moves Yeo back to second row and CHN to the bench. Not liking all that for JFH's minutes. That is all, carry on.
