    Smith Arrow Matterson Cricthon

This 17 covers injury to all except cnt/wfb so the best back up for them would be L Mitchell in position 19, Coen Hess should be 18th man. 20/21 can be basement price players. Trades left for direct gun replacement would be great.

Considering its tough to afford this team centre would be where i skimp as they avg 10points less them most other positions and theres only 5 point difference between the top end and the next level below.

**Lawton/Staggs left out as not likely to play
    Good job

To get the better CTR pairing you should probably be grabbing THarris instead of Crichton because he offers the same avg (uninjured) and saves you over $100,000 that can be used

Mbye without his injury affected games also averages more than Turbo but he does have the 100 in there obviously and is a shed load less $$$

I'll probably end up with something like

    14.Smith(Cook starting)
    15.McCullough
    16.Arey(Cleary and DCE starting)
    17.Matterson/
    18.JFH/Murray
    19.Brimson
    20.X
    21.X

    14.Smith (Cook starting)
    15.McCullough
    16.McInnes
    17. Red dot
    18.Surgess
    19.Matterson /half that Matterson replaced in 13
    20.Fonua
21.Red dot from a different team
That would be an awesome set up.

He is the perfect type of player you want IMO on your bench and can argue he is worth a shot in top 17s because of his ceiling

for me it will come down to if I need his large price point to upgrade, If I can squeeze enough cash from my others I will keep him or RFM

I also think Kikau or another DPP FRF/2RF ( I have a couple) will be a season hold for me. I'm more likely to trade Taupau based on his price point as he has for more to lose than Kikau but that depends on how he continues.

I assume, based on this response, you're in the coverage camp?

It might be that ideally you want 21 (moved up to 17) to be a non-playing 212k player whose team plays Sunday games as much as possible. I don't like it, but that's the way it us. That makes Kikau pretty much the ideal loopholing number 18 (if the fixtures fall right, haven't checked.)

I haven't loopholed (intentionally) all season and tbh just couldn't be fucked spending the time to work it out and get it right. But I can see what you're saying. If you could work out Who the best three NPR's are to have schedule wise for the run home then 21 would be ideal. Because I CBF'd I'll settle for 18.

Mearsy, I’m thinking Inglis goes to and stays at FB until we win the grand final again in a blaze of glory for number 22. Douehie has a home in the centres until we get a halves issue. I reckon he’ll be great at left centre.

I care not whether the 'Tohs go on to win the GF but I like your thinking regarding GI. I bought him prior to the season on the possibility of a FB shift and then have been trying to get rid of him for the past 8 weeks. Now that it's happening I'm hoping we'll see a bit of the former gun GI, otherwise, it really is the last straw for me!

Thanks for the feedback good sir, much appreciated!

I've got six pages to catch up on but this hasn't been asked so far. (apologies if it's covered already)

Is there any info on this new Dogs CTR Olive? Base priced.
I need to get rid of Scott this week and was looking at Fonua but Olive is way cheaper.

My current trade plan over the next few weeks will hopefully follow something along this path, tying to get a decent amount of players for the bye without sacrificing R17 scorers and will upgrade my R17 scorers to top 17 guns the following week ie. JFH - JTurbo

    Current trades

    Round 12
    Havili - Fonua
    Lamb - TMM

    15 remaining $638,000 bank

    Round 13
    Isaako - Matterson

will leave give me 12 players for R13

    14 remaining $322,000 bank

    Round 14
    Murray - THarris
    Barnett - SJ/Cleary

pretty much zero $$$ left without further downgrades, 12 trades remaining

so should be looking like this for R14

    Cook
    Fifita, Arrow
    TLolo, Harris, RFM
    ARey, SJ
Dugan, Fonua/Capewell (if injury in sharkies pack)
    Tedesco, Ponga, Mbye

    Kikau/JFH
    Matterson
    Martin (if still starting)
    Smith

    Fonua/Capewell, Cogger, TMM, Kikau/JFH

Without doing any research, he’s fantasy shit. Decent enough player. He was at Souths and the Titans prior to the dogs and I think he averages around 12 ppg over three seasons. Don’t.

a gamble mate. Not the greatest of stats prior but realistically, that doesn't mean a great deal. The gamble is more in the fact that the Dogs still have Holland (a natural CTR) on the bench and Lichaa named in the 21. Should be fine this week for sure but couldn't guarantee he get the whole 6-8 the Morris is out for.

Holland is a centre and in the 17, he may stay on the bench because he offers more utility value but there is always the risk he takes Olives place

Yes mate currently as goes with the first line of my post, I'm not willing to sacrifice R17 scorers now for a R13 keeper ala Crichton as the point difference isn't huge and you make more ground in bye rounds with a semi decent score, plus as we discussed yesterday the injury/suspension factor

Minus the Isaako - Matterson trade

I don't have anyone else I'm willing to let go until after R17 (JFH/Kikau/RFM) JFH will go for JTurbo R18

Only missing Matterson and Cleary from that lot with 200k in the bank. Su'a, JMK and Martin should be able to get me to those two. Probably also missing a Jturbo in second row.

Ideally I would grab a base price or close to cash out to cover FRF
