Didn't Fifita retire from SOO so he can play for Tonga, why is he being rested. Also is Matterson a shot a SOO - also being rested? HHhmmmm

they changed it to stop the captains loophole, this is the side effect which isnt too bad because the rules allow for more subs now.

but.... i reckon there is one person out there who put the C and VC on fifita and matterson though

If it's your only FRF in 14-21 you'll get a zero for Fifita if Fifita is in your 13.
