Is there actually anything solid that MBye goes to the Tigers this year? Everything I saw was saying next year. Especially with MBye wanting. That and you have to think the only position they would be picking him for is FB considering the rotation they have had. If he goes to FB there would his scores really change? He has 80% FG accuracy for the year with 33 FGs. Lolohea (Who may not make the side if Mbye is there) has kicked at 75% for 9, while Marsters has kicked at 72% for 24. Mbye is statistically better and may not get the boot right away, but surely will get a crack if Marsters shanks a couple.

There is an article on NRL.com with Cleary and saying something about if they can do a switch prior to the June 30 deadline they have the money to do it or something.

Mbye saying he wants to finish the year at the Dogs is just being diplomatic you'd think.

You only lose money on RFM if you trade him out.

If you remove tonights game he averages 49 points a game. Only having scored below 40 on two occasions.

That average would put him 11th in terms of 2RF talent. With the following guys a head of him.

    J. Arrow, R. Matterson - Two guys who are probably better picks in other positions.
    M. Taupau, J. Taumalolo, C. Hess, J. de Belin- Guys who can bust the biggest scores, but fluctuate themselves.
    L. Fitzgibbon - He has scored 6 tries in 12 games. The bloke is a beast, but he also had a score of 23 points in 80 minutes. If the tries and attacking stats dry up (He plays for the Knights) he could post poor scores.
    J. Trbojevic, A. Crichton - Probably two of the best guys in the position. One with Origin and one out this week.
    N. Brown - Fuck Nathan Brown.

So for mine, although he looked shaky this week. I wouldn't say he is a must trade out. You make a good point about Murray, but if you have guys like Kikau, JFH, and Murray then I would trade them first. I am in the position where I don't have the trades or cash to bring in the absolute best 17 possible. So someone like RFM who is already in my team, will certainly do in this case.

You're probably right. But if it was a HIA, it was soft, hardly a whack and a big concern IMO. He's made around 250K now and Murray will be a must this week and you're right, it will be difficult getting a good final 17 by the looks and he could be a decent 17th man I guess, but signs are just not looking good, as I said, he was in the game some decent minutes today and didn't look dangerous at all like he has early season.

Aside from his injury, his lowest score is 24 points. (Only other score besides injury below 35 points)
    T. Trbojevic lowest is 21 points. (Plays Origin most likely. Has another score below 35.)
    K. Ponga lowest is 24 (Though that was affected by HIA for 8 minutes IIRC)
    J. Tedesco lowest score is 23.

His average taking away the injury is 46.5, which is just off T. Trbojevic's of 46.9 for 3rd best WFB. I fully expect him to end the year averaging less points than the three mentioned. However all 3 are Origin hopefuls, which means he picks up at least an extra game than them. I don't think there is much difference between owning Trbojevic or Mbye. The other two are in a league of their own, but Trbojevic is definitely capable of having poor games.

I am probably being optimistic about it, but I didn't see the game. I plan to hold him at this stage, because I think he will be a better 17th man than anyone else I could scrounge up.

Well that is fair, I would be okay with him going to the Tigers. I think they will create more chances to score than the Bulldogs and he would hopefully take over the GK'ing.

If Brown is out again this week, I may just trade him to Matterson. Fitzgibon could also be considered.

His average taking away the injury is only useful of you had him for the 101 (ive had him from the start).

If you take away his injury and his 101, hes averaging 41. I reckon that is a reasonable expectation of what he will average from here on. He is way less likely to bust another big score than Tommy T who will have a few more 80s to go with his 20 ish games.

I kinda miss Monday night footy, from a fantasy perspective it was nice to finish up the games then have team lists the next day for tinkering purposes, Might as well take the day off from fantasy tomorrow as I’m too dependant on TLT for my moves this week to do anything

Yeah, I was pissed when they changed MNF to Thursday night. After a few years and getting used to it I think I like TNF just as much now.

    Fisher-Harris to S. Burgess
    Capewell to Gallen
    Mbye to E. Marsters

    D. Cook
    A. Fifita, J. Arrow

    C. Walker, D. Cherry-Evans
    E. Marsters, E. Aitken
    T. Trbojevic, J. Tedesco, K. Ponga

    P. Gallen, R. Martin, M. Fonua, A. Brimson

Yep, this definitely happened. The "hit" around his head was absolutely nothing and wouldn't have ruled a mosquito out for the rest of the match, but he was noticeably limping off.

I don't actually own him, but if his price plummets now because of this 9, I'm moderately interested in getting him as a cheap reserve in a few weeks.
