Ive been pretty happy with all of my trades this year. I regret bringing surgess in, then out, then in, then out again.
Also regret, Smith in, then out, then in.
Apart from that. Pretty happy overall.

Sorry mate, no offense but that could be one of the silliest trades I've ever seen posted here. Don't do it.
True. I was just losing my mind with the prospect of no fantasy this week, and being ranked just outside the top 200 I thought I'd have to do something pretty different if I want a chance at the prize. My theory (at the time) was that almost half the teams have Tedesco.... and if he was to miss a game or two I'd make up ground (though RTS is probably more likely to miss a game or two through injury than Teddy). Plus the 150k cash could make a bigger points difference to my team than the difference between Teddy and RTS' scores....e.g it would give me enough cash to go Griffin or Kikau to Cook in a few weeks

I was wondering how many of the Poms/Kiwis who, while in Denver, will be partaking in what is now a legal activity there

Im not sure I would pull the trigger on that trade, but I don't think its as crazy as others have suggested.
As you have pointed out there are a number of reasons why that could be a good one, in particular I like the reverse POD argument.
The bit that you haven't mentioned, and no-one has acknowledged, is that RTS averages 51 when SJ plays. Best case they both play from here and you might assume he scores 510 points from here till round 25. Compare that to only 441 for Teddy and you already gain ~70 points. But then add to that what you can do with the extra 150k you could even make the case that the upside is ~100+ points.

Save quoting your previous longer post I think low BE RD 17 players if named to start next round like Holland Stimson Mann are great trades especially for people with around 12 trades like myself. I'm a great believer in triangle trades. It's the Luke, Merrin trades mentioned I think are spud trades

Ahoy, misinterpreted your post. Yup I can see why you think that.
I wonder if Merring might not be that bad an option given the injuries at the Panthers?
I think whats happening here though is that we've well and truly covered off the round 17 guns and to be honest there is only 4 of them: SJ, Harris, RTS, and Cam Smith. I think people are now searching for other potential keepers they could add to their round 17 list without needing to trade them out again. Guys like RFM, Tapine, Merrin, Luke, Hodgson all fit into this mould I think.

You do make a decent argument actually but if you were to do it, be prepared for it to backfire spectacularly which is a good chance of happening.
