Its cashout vs potential keeper and obviously price difference.

If I had the trades left I'd go Holland then jump onto Hopo if Holland turns shit

    My first trade idea is:
    Fonua out - Holland in
    RFM out - McInnes in

I'm not sure whether picking Holland as my 2nd ctr is a good idea but hopefullly he can score mid 30's & is the gk. I could go for a gun ctr but then I wouldn't be able to afford McInnes but I think there's more upside getting McInnes. Will leave me with 7 trades, 14k bank & 5 players for round 17.

    Smith (c)
    Fifita, Arrow
    Jurbo, Taumalolo, Crichton
    DCE, A-Rey
    Mitchell, Holland
    Tedesco, Ponga, Turbo

    Cook, McInnes, Taupau, Martin
    Su'a, Cogger, Tuala, Doueihi

Already owing Mitchell I think you can take the punt on Holland as a second CTR

Nah, no way. A high grade Achilles would be shit but still not as bad as an ACL. Mine is low grade, not snapped, I can still walk and might only be a couple of weeks of rest, but even a full Achilles rupture is manageable once healed.

An ACL is more likely to become recurrent as well verses an Achilles complete rupture. You are much more likely to redo an ACL innocuously as opposed to a full Achilles rupture.

Think I will just keep CWalker at WFB for now and bring in Holland + Mcinnes

    Smith (c)
    Fifita Arrow
    Taumalolo Crichton Harris
    DCE SJ
    Marsters Mitchell
    Tedesco Ponga CWalker

    Cook Taupau Surgess Mcinnes

    Martin Tuala Mann Holland

I could make no trades but Fonua + Gosi just sitting there 2 round 17 trade ins could potentially be 100+ points next week which would be nice

Alternatively I bring in RTS and move CWalker to 18th man but they are both dice rolls and not sure it gains me much other than the extra points next week. So will probably just stick with Walker

Yep, like for like I would prefer Hopper, but nigh on 300k in the kitty difference potentially gives me a shed load of extra points around the park, and all still with the chance of Holland averaging mid 30's.

Wouldn't want to know what doing an Achilles feels like. Must be painful. Only 4 shoulder recons here and I think I'd prefer that. Best of luck with your recovery @SI

Like 15 years of cricket, both indoor and outdoor and the worst injury I ever got was a broken finger.

Third season of social indoor netball, ACL fucked. The pop was so loud one of my teammates passed out

I'd heard doing an Achilles was super painful, so when I did mine I was convinced I'd done something else, because it didn't hurt *that* much.

Took a long time to get strength back though

I appreciate the sympathy lads Very Happy but I am on the low end of the scale. It's a strain and I'm weight bearing on it and I daresay I'm out of action for a week or two at most.

Who sits on the pine? TPJ, Su’A, Martin or Kikau

Nice problem to have, I'd say Su'a based on potential of the other 3. Worry is Kikau but the Panfis bench suggests he is 100%.

I was thinking TPJ or Su’a so I think I’ll bench Su’a based on feedback and upside of the others. Cheers

Gutted at trading RFM in for Rapana the other week. Seems I have 2 cursed positions, that one and the Matterson trade-in and back out for Fitzgibbon spot.

Have RFM, Fonua and Fitz all MIA for a few weeks. Only 5 trades left. Good thing Martin and Kikau are back at least.

Looking at Hoppa, Holland, Farah, RTS and slight interest in Fainu or Lachlan Lewis.

    RFM to RTS
    Fonua to Holland

Leaves 261k in the bank to hopefully get the most out of the last 3 trades.

Throwing this box of tools out this week:

    (C)am
    Fifita, Burgers
    Taumalolo, Harris, Crichton
    Munster, DCE
    Ramien, Holland
    Ponga, RTS, Hiku

    Cook, Martin, Kikau, Su'a

    Brimson on standby for Hiku
Doueihi, Olive and Fitz rounding it out.

Have 11 scheduled for Rd 17. Though Munster won't play and Olive looking unlikely now.
