I have a similar problem. Cant decide so thats why Im choosing to not worry and trade in James haha. Holland can fill in but if Mitchell gets rested next week which I have a feeling he will I will be stuffed.

Out of curiosity, this year, out of all the injuries to players that have had a 3-4 week injury (as judged at the time of injury) has holding them ever been the right move?

    Im talking relevant players.

Arrow, is the only one that springs to mind, but I don't think it was ever expected he would be out more than 2wks?

    McCullough

Not an injury, but it was worth holding Rhyse Martin after he got dropped for a couple of weeks.

Cotric atm because DPP and only Latrell and Holland CTR and Cotric covers WFB until Ponga back then can switch to CTR. Other WFB Mbye and Teddy

Cotric most expensive relies on TBs and tries. Most of his 40pt or better have minimum 5 TBs mostly 8 or more. 7 games in a row with a try seems unsustainable

Aitken cheapest of 3 solves CTR issue and can run Holland WFB until Ponga back. 70 last week great but Eels and his 5 game avg before that was 32.4 mediocre scores without a try

RTS I would get but I really need CTR or DPP WFB/CTR. Good scores rely on 5TBs near 200m as base. Will he burden more responsibility as captain with loss of Harris and Afoa out and translate into points or will Warriors take a dip and his points suffer as result?

Any thoughts? On Cotric because of DPP but cycling through all 3 last 2 days. I think RTS no go because of my team structure even though I like his potential the most

This is a nice dilemma to have I think. All three float my boat. Cotric fits what you need though - I have some bias here as I've had him for most of the season.

Is it crazy for the savings made to just get Hiku back instead of Cotric and run with him for season?

Might be controversial. But I don't consider McCullough relevant.

Not because he isn't an okay player, but mostly because Cook and Smith, SOO, timings of byes etc. I mean he was always an option, but im not sure if this season he has ever been a good option. Maybe its bias against Broncos.

Looking good mate, no holes in that side. How much $$ do you have for your 17th and 19th men? Trades remaining? I have a bit of jealousy with your WFB's, I'll be missing out on Teddy at this stage.

I have 229K and 9 trades with Brimson, Mann, TPJ/Sua on the out.

Urgh Mccullough. I had a choice of either Mcinnes or Mccullough in round 11. I chose the latter and regretting it so much. Mccullough will become Farrah next round

It appears Olam was in doubt because of ankle injury in PNG game. 57th minute helped off by trainer. Wacko says expected to play. Hope he gets a run. 22 TBs in last 2 QRL games  Shocked

Quick tip, any trades for later games you are unsure ofor especially like James and the whole Cordner thing, try and trade those players in from a bye player over someone like Harris or else you may not be able to reverse if it's too late. Bye players can be reversed up until the lockout of the last game. Like I went Griffin to James and Harris to SJ that way I won't get stuck.

Also if you are captaining Smith tonight put your VC on another player tonight. Smith is my C but the VC is on Mann. Don't want to lock out another player later in the week just incase.

Thanks for all the replies guys

My plan is to upgrade Isaako to Ponga when he returns. Only have 3 trades but 168k in the bank so with a bit of shuffling I can bring him back in. My team is complete barring any injuries

    Fifita James
    Taumalolo Jurbo Brown
    SJ DCE
    Mitchell Aitken
    Tedesco Mbye Isaako

    Smith
    McInnes

Unless Thaiday spends time at hooker I think Jake Turpin is playing out the 80 in that game. Might be a bit left field but maybe Bennett expects Sua to not play and maybe Scarlett comes in for a short stint off the bench?

I don't buy the argument that reduced squad means no cashouts that disappear. I have Lewis Ponga and Doueihi in emergency with team near set after Farah trade next week with 5 trades left. I'll use the trades for injury cover.
