Player of the series definitely should have gone to a player from the winning team. Gus was definitely robbed there, he deserved it.

That's the thing though. He probably wouldn't have kicked for touch about seven times if he was hooker, wouldn't have had to catch the ball if he was hooker. Just saying. At rep level though he just seems to go so much better as the utility or hooker.

He (Slater) did ok in the 2nd game and was excellent tonight but Tedesco, Cook and Maloney were the top 3 for man of the series - an embarrassing decision really
