No need to apologize mate. As I said it was nothing major.

Don't think ill make any trades this week. Tolo can stay in my team and just hope he pumps out a big score against the Roosters. Cotric can also stay there as i feel he will be named at FB this week with TLT and he is slowly getting more confident in that position. Ill wait to see some more clarity on the fainu news whether he still plays next week or not and if not he can be a sell, which ill cross that bridge if it comes. Got a decent team for the rest of the year (when all firing). Very annoyed with having to choose between Fainu, Kikau, Martin and Arrow for the last 2 bench spots. Have gone Fainu and doing some illegal shit with Martin and Kikau this week. Arrow can stay in my EMG until he proves he can bust out big scores again.
Further news apparently the dogs have managed to clear quite a decent amount of salary and they are chasing a Centre and a Hooker for next year

EDIT: Just saw an article saying Canterbury are about to sign Sharks Hooker Segeyaro.

Can't see where they've suddenly pulled the cap space from unless something is going on with Foran.

I know they were in cap trouble, but surely having lost Woods, Mbye, Morris, Morris they have enough room to sign someone. Segeyaro would hardly be commanding massive dollars these days,

Depends if they are still paing for any offloads next year. Mbye, Woods, Morris X2 would be over $1M of space if they weren't still paying.

Morris's don't affect next year, their contracts end this season.

I think Tigers/Sharks have taken on most of hte contracts for Mbye/Woods, at least from what I've seen.

Eastwood was another who has 800k in the cap this year but is finally off the books at end of season.

Foran must of been given a massive back end deal though.

Segeyaro would get fuck all really, wouldn't he? Maybe 450k? He's not really in a position to demand big dollars, which could mean he's a great signing.

I think Seggy is just the type of player that the Dogs need.

EDIT: It's a very good conference BTW, well worth going if you have an interest in this area.

They had no space even with the guys coming off contract leaving according to LG. Obviously using whatever they've saved from Mbye and Woods.

At $500 for the day you'd want to have your work sponsor the ticket.

@ nrl physio - Watson (groin), Ponga (ankle) & Pearce (face) are all expected to play this week.

Just on Ponga. Milchow posted a while back that Ponga averages 55 when Pearce is playing & isn't it freaky that Ponga scored 55 last week haha.

I hope Abbey is given the Hiku this week. He is putrid.

You know you've done poor business when you buy them off the Bulldogs and they aren't even paying any of his salary for you.

For every bloke they let go, they have to replace them with someone else in their Top 30 though.

Effectively any bloke they sign, will need to be getting paid less than the player they let go.

He has backed up his poor performances from last year sensationally. Surely he's dropped. Not sure what happened with Oldfield but he'd be much better off being in there with. Guessing he was out due to injury though.
