haven't looked at his numbers but remember the scoring is different over at VSDT. I suspect he goes better over there given his run meters and the number of tries he's scoring. Worth checking on that as you might be under the impression he is better than he really is in NRLF.

Equality/equity has to come from the culture though. You can't say "well there aren't any women who have chosen coaching as a career path" when the general consensus around here is that is that clubs are never going to want them anyway.
Equal opportunity it is not if a woman has to work significantly harder to achieve the same as her male counterpart.
As long as the male game is more prominent (and that's not going to change anytime soon), the guys are going to have a huge headstart being that we would've watched them play for years most of the time before they retire and think about coaching as a post-playing career.
