Re: NFL Fantasy Thread Part 4
awesome, coming off a 3 week losing streak, my guys finally break out and put on 130 points for the week, well clear of the next highest scoring team.... oh, except for the 140-odd points scored by the team i'm facing this week, there is not an emoji is that list that adequately conveys how i feel about this game at the moment and goddammit ryno leave some RBs for the rest of us!

I mean, there are 4 teams with 6 Rbs.
But my door is always open. Elite WRs / QBs, come at me.

Thank goodness the giants can't manage a game properly or I get run down in that one

Eli is going to be in Jacksonville by the end of the month. Giants backup is a smokey to end up as the best QB from last years class. Really liked him in college. He deserves some playing time. Eli's old coach is VP of football operations and doesnt like Blake Bortles - they need an answer offensively. He'd be cheap given his age. It all fits.
Heard it here first.

Jags stuffed up by re-signing Bortles and not going for Bridgewater in preseason. I think they are more likely to go for Taylor then Manning.
I cant tell in the Cooper trade is good or bad for him fantasy wise, the Raiders were throwing it 40+ times while the Cowboys wont throw it anywhere near as much but when they do surely they will look to him.
I wish the Texans would make a trade for Patrick Peterson, that would surely cement them as a playoff team.

Texans need to make a play for Demaryius Thomas. They dont have a big body to throw the ball to in the redzone or on a screen - Hopkins is a deep ball (and one of the best), not a jump ball.
Chiefs are surely looking at PP. Theyll walk into the SB if they can get him.

He'd need to be to make much difference behind that line.ryno_ wrote:

As a smoky I reckon Jags might target Bradford. I think they would prefer Bridgewater and will likely make a play for him too, but cant see NO giving him up.

Fair, but if they draft a good tackle and FA a good guard next year... suddenly they have a passable OLine, stud WR, stud RB. Cant give a young QB many more tools then that to succeed.

NYG did indeed trade Eli.
Was to Saints and not Jags.
Was Eli Apple and not Eli Manning.
I’m claiming half points.

Hey mate! Yeah, should be a good match up (you had several out last week right?).
Not a bad start for me, with Miller looking good, nothing from Hopkins yet though. If I could get 25 between these two to start the weekend I'd be happy!
Here's my tip though, Josh Gordon, my FA pick up, is gonna go for 150 yards and 2 TDs
Good luck!
