Ahhh, got ya mate-I thought you were a little underwhelmed by it.  I have DCE at the moment but going on how hard it is to get a Keeper in each possy, I will probably end up going ARey.

Ponga is a no go for me on another note, happy for him to be a reverse POD.

Well I'm am still underwhelmed, but I reserve the right to change my mind. That's what these discussions are all about.

Taking out the injury factor I personally think he can only improve. If there's a good argument for DCE improving then I'll stick with him otherwise that 100k goes a long way this year.

That extra week or two with the mid March start is starting to tell on a lot of us Lol

Would generally be having Trials start this weekend coming Crying or Very sad

I thought that was the case!? Did that change just this year, or did it change last year with the new 25 round setup?

I think we lost a week last year due to the 25 Rounds, but Round 1 is then another week later this year, so it's a 2 week delay on Trials from 2017 (I think?)

Supercoach groups seem to consider Ponga a must have, yet Fantasy groups seem to be a bit less convinced by him.

Just down to differences in pricing/scoring, or have one of the groups got it wrong?

Halves get extra points in SC this season due to rule changes. Also expected to be kicking goals.

Also 4 slots for halves in SC, most will run with 2 guns + Brown and Keighran

In Fantasy only 2 playing slots and typically 1 backup.

She can... however the police reserve the right to charge him if they have sufficient evidence, so if this was all caught on cctv it doesn’t matter what she does. This is actually quite usual nowadays, women realise once sober they’re the asshole who made the mess and try drop charges. They changed the rules so that regardless the police can charge. Bye bye Benny unfortunately, my team is screwed before a ball gets kicked.

Do you have anything objective to back this statement up?

Just my experiences working through remote indigenous communities for decades.... everyone has their own reality and I’m sure for many people this sounds weird but there’s certain places in Australia where this is normal. I’ve personally witnessed at least 200 odd instances where a bloke will be sitting there minding their own business and their woman will come up drunk abusing him verbally and physically and then when he snaps and smacks her the police arrest him. A lot of the time the charges will get dropped however like I stated if the police have evidence they’ll prosecute regardless. Sorry if that upsets people’s reality.

How many 700k+ guys are in you're team? I've only got four at present and that kinda feels like one to many looking at the rest of the squad.

When are you going to win this competition MS? You seem to have stacks of background knowhow...

Must be time for a top 10 finish

True, but like Steve Nicholls said a lot of the difference between 200 and 20 is luck.

3 plus Matterson at $682k. No one else is over $600k.

Have gone with 6 at $230k or less too with 2 of them obviously in my playing 17. Don't see how it is possible to fit more top end players in than that.
