Lets say best case scenario, he ends up without a conviction. Even then he got caught and ended up in the media spotlight cheating on his pregnant wife and having sex with a team mate with the same woman. Definitely qualifies for putting the game in disrepute and under the current NRL leadership would lead to a ban for some period of time. Same as others before him that may not have done illegal things but got caught doing the wrong thing, like pissing in their own mouth, humping a dog, or getting caught on camera having sex. Would be amazed if they allowed a guy under a cloud like that to not get suspended when others have been done for much less, regardless of innocence of the charges.
