All he needs is the minutes. His 2018 season ppm = 1.09. If he can get 45-50 mins he'll score well I reckon. However Warriors props always share minutes evenly. If he plays big minutes in round 1 he could be in my team by round 2.

A few of us on here have him. For me it's a pick based on potential, so could be a masterstroke with the cash I save on a Gun FRF, or a complete and utter failure in picking a mid ranger that goes nowhere for me.

I don't like them rewarding teams with a losing record with a playoff spot. Something that the NBA has also got wrong with their format.

The only benefit is the Tigers might get a game every now and then but we’d still find a way to come 11th every year.

Minutes are the concern. A lot of forward depth at the Warriors. Probably be 4 Props in the 17. Afoa sounds like he'll get more minutes than last year

As a Tigers supporter I don't mind it. We are the perennial 9th/10th place finishers

Sounds more like a Top 6 and 4 wild cards. It means less games where teams don't have a chance to make finals but 7th and 8th last year finished 2 points shy of the minor premiers whereas the Raiders finished on only 22 points.
I reckon a 4 conference style comp would be better. Create some real rivalries.
