    Both teams currently paying $1.91. Bookies have it pretty even and it should be a cracker of a game.

    On one hand you have the defence of the Broncos which has been the cornerstone of their year and the other Cowboys attack looks second to none when it's in gear. Finals are won by defence so I think Broncos should be favourites. However I think JT is too good to not win the Cowboys this game.

    26 - 16 Cowboys.

    Clive Churchill winner is not as easy to pick compared to last year where Sammy Burgess was the red hot fav.

    Surely Thurston is a shoe in however if the Broncos win (dont want to jinx us) then either Hunt or Milford will be in contention. Parker is my dark horse to take it out.

    Toby McGuire isnt it?

    Bennett will gameplan JT out of the game and Morgan doesnt have the experience to win a GF by himself. Broncos by 10. Thaiday for CC.

    JT is the most likely of the Cowboys just because if they do well he will be key in it. Broncos is harder to pick. If it is a tight game and no standouts from either team it oftne seems to go to the halfback so that would see Hunt but as for a dark horse I agree with you about Parker and would also like to throw yourself in the mix if you play as well as you did last friday. Cowboys dark horses would be Matt Scott and Taumalolo for mine

    Just saw an infograph outlining costs for travelling fans

    Airfare $1200 ($1400 Townsville)
    Accom $500-600
    Ticket $160+

    So $2K without eating, drinking and walking everywhere

    Made me think with only shot teams playing the AFL GF. Might be cheaper to fly Bris/Melb Melb/Syd. Just a thought if anyone is considering a last minute dash. The other option was the $70 train trip from Brisbane.

    I don't believe in "2nd teams", but if we do lose, at least it won't be to Manly, Storm or Roosters.

    Almost had me. Most other bands I could probably see selling out for the right price, but no way Chisel would?

    Townsville boy originally so my heart is there, but I really don't have a 2nd team and couldn't give 2 fucks about the Cows any other game.
