Had a good week last week but last night at 6.50 was going out to my five a side GF and decided to not only reverse my Kahu to Burns trade but also play Ravalawa in my run on side in place of Kahu Love this game!!!
on a positive note won the GF through a goal with 2 secs on the clock.

I've got 7 players on tonight, should give me a little boost in the rankings mid round.

Nice start to the round for me - 204 from 4 players. Really glad I jumped onto Burns in my starting team. Picked up Lawrie instead of Host (thanks to Iron Mike for pumping Lawrie), and left Rava in my Emgs.
Question / advice needed - I started with Vaughn, 41 for $657k is too low to keep the faith, or do I ride it out and wait for the cash to jump from him to a FRF gun?
Surgess looking keen as and running good lines, could end up with a few meat pies, 66k ITB means I should be able to jump to him next week.

Thoughts?

A lot of teams have 1 or both in emergencies.

Edit: I'm one of the chumps that played Ravalawa.

What lessens the blow: Saved a trade by not bringing in Host. Already had Lawrie and Burns.

How did you get this info Mike? Just doing it manually or you have a method that saves time?

Yup just procrastinating at work trying to find ways to make myself feel better about playing Ravalawa.

No Vaughan going well, look to pick up Surgess closer to Round 12 mate when he's a lot cheaper, will string a few 40s together when he's stopped scoring tries and drop some cash.
You will be buying at near peak after this week.

I'm warming up to a Sivo to Mikaele trade as I'm really not sure whether Sivo keeps his place next week with George Jennings back.
Can see a Bulldogs bounce back and a Eels loss.
Mikaele has the spot on pre season form and at 110 kgs I'm impressed.

I'll give a shoutout to Iron Mike also for pumping up Lawrie's tyres.  Although I think we got luck with Graham going off.

I wouldnt be trading in Mahoney, you had to start season with him if you wanted him. His minutes wont go up and with McIllwrick just signing could go down.

Id look at Brandon Smith if you really want to replace Radley for a mid range money maker

Held Radley for Hooker cover, but his minutes and role are nothing like I was hoping for.
The usual suspects at 212k are sitting there waiting for other cheapies or for a try to ear some $.

Any advice to strengthen it. I'm the type of player who can get into the top 1000 ranks but stuck there
