Just perusing tonights scores.. and, i know we bag Host, but how the fuck did Whitehead score 23 in 80 mins?

Going to have to risk Capewell to Rein this week. Macca/Friend to Bateman and Glasby to Teddy next week. Then Lane to Crichton following. Thank goodness for bank.

The league I take most serious is a league with my mates and I thought I was in for a bye round as the guy has never played before. His picks I scoffed at.. I’m 8/255 he’s 407 from 7 without captain and still has Tolo and probably will beat me with 16 players 

Owning Friend and Mahoney is a tricky position to be in.

Im not too salty. I had two solid rounds so this week was bound to be a come down week.

Im most frustrated that i didnt pull the trigger on Murray to Bateman. Had a gut feel that bateman would go big. Obvs murray was scoring well but i was thinking id pre-empt the drop off in scoring when he doesnt get a try.

Hmm, will need to try free up funds to swap Gillett for Angus.

gillett to crichton and rein in for one of mccullough/capewell for me at this point

I'm getting FOMO on missing the first departure of the Rein train.

Trade options :

A) Cleary - Rein.

Seems a bit early to pull the pin on cleary but Rein should score similar for $250k cheaper.

B) Double trade - Kahu /Burr - Rein / <$264k .. Xerri..?!

Kahu and Burr BEs are still low but Burr got bugger all minutes last week despite starting at lock and Kahu had been shifted to centre and could (?) lose kicking duties.


Thoughts?
I've managed to avoid trading this far so maybe I just wanna get in on the action

Whilst I definitely agree with you and it shits me too, those sooks are the people who’ll be helping out everyone else next year.

Gillette to Rein and Sivo to whoever disgraces themselves in my emergencies, Burr, Sele and good old Garrick at this stage. Teddy, Bateman, CNK and even Brown deserve a mention in despatches.

Bateman BE will be lower and he is more consistent.

Thoughts on selling Mahoney for Rein next week? Other than him and Morgan I don't plan on potentially trading anyone out.

Just noticed I have Brown as starting half over Keighran. Meant to be the other way but I rolled back team yesterday and must have forgotten to switch them back.
Hopefully that works out OK. 32 from Brown is acceptable at least

I have the feeling Bateman will be harder to chase, less chance of a lowish score, so would probs grab him before Ted if you had to choose.
