    My trades atm are:
Burns out - Tedesco in &
Mahoney out - J. Bateman in
    leaves 256k bank

    Cook
    Fifita, Lawrie
    Arrow, Murray, Lane
    Munster, D. Brown
    Nikora, Bird
    Tedesco, CNK, Sivo

    J. Bateman, Capewell, Garner, Burr
    Seve, Keighran, Ravalawa, A. Hopoate

5 trades would of been good this week so I could of got Twal, Rein & a decent 3rd wfb as well but they will have to wait until future weeks. Big risk relying on Sivo but I needed Bateman & Tedesco first.

A word of warning. Last year when Dugan moved to fullback some people traded him in and he promptly got injured so many traded him out. And then when he came back earlier than expected some people traded him in again. And then out again when soon after he got injured again.

Some people did that. Not me.

Need him in so what ever permutations gets him there I'm considering, Bateman and Rein and my top 2 priorities

Might let go of Burns because it gives better bank to get in others and a double injury unlikely to see him back in 4 weeks

Moylan to Bateman leaves you having to play Ravalawa every single time as he is your only backup WFB and there is a possibility he is dropped so you might have to make a WFB trade instead (Teddy if you can afford him)

Which trades are better (21k ITB):
    (1) Lane + Mahoney to Rein + Bateman (3k remaining)
    (2) Whitehead + Burns to Bateman + Xerri (71k remaining)

    Cook
    Fifita Tolman
    Arrow Murray Lane
    Morgan Brown
    Bird Nikora
    Tedesco CNK Burns

    Mahoney Whitehead Garner Lawrie
    Keighran Sivo Garrick Ravalawa

Originally did (2) but thinking now (1) for money-making and actually adding scoring to my team - if Burns is only short-term hamstring injury he should be fine to start again when he returns. If I go with (1) thinking maybe next week Keighran + Whitehead to Haas + Ponga to end the half roulette (if he remains FB - article released before saying 5/8 experiment is over on nrl.com)

    Thoughts??

How about Ponga at fullback this week. Its a cut price option for those that can't afford Tedesco.

Thoughts on Macca to Tedesco and Mahoney to Bateman?

Leaves me with no cover for Rein but titans play early these next two rounds giving me a chance to change it up if Rein is out for whatever reason. Mahoney just about peaked. The tradeins could well finish top of their position and their prices are rising.

The only question mark is Macca. He's not going that bad. But he's not making money and not looking like a keeper. The other option is Arrow, but seems sideways.

    Thoughts?

Depends on the make-up of your team and whether your reserves are good enough to make up for moving out some solid 40-low 50 scorers.

Macca was a trade out for me but if I did, I'd have to rely on Brown's 30's or a spud like Host. I'll take his decent scores for a few weeks rather than rush him out.

If you got Burns as your WFB 3 for example, then Rava/Sivo on your EMG like alot. I don't think it can be done as Souths play too early. I may be corrected if I am wrong.

If Rava is in fact out, I'd have to either hold Edwards or bring in another WFB.

    I think i'd rather just have 16.

Depends when your other emergencies play. If you've got someone like host and you put Burns at 3rd WFB you do this:

    19. Host
    20. Sivo
    21. Ravalawa

Sivo goes well you leave as is and he comes in for Burns (assuming you have no other wfb at 14-18).
Sivo does poorly, swap Host and Rava.

That of course, is if Rava plays this week.

I watched the replay drunk, but from what I remember the Panthers were terrible in greasy conditions in Bathurst against the Storm. He dropped the ball several times and missed a few tackles, a couple were trying to stop tries but a couple just bad if I remember rightly.

He had Vaseline on his hands and literally dropped everything he touched

Actually being informative though, after watching the whole game, you have to admire his continual effort throughout the game, trying to keep himself in the game but ultimately it wasn't his day and he ended up making his score worse for himself at times (one play broke 2-3 tackles and then knocked on, 2 knock-ons led to Storm tries for Munster and Croft)

Talk he may be possibly dropped for Aekins or one of the WZ brothers but it might just be rumours - have to wait until TLT

I guess as well as a dropped ball scoring -2 it also means you don't get the run metres and tb's you might get if you hold it.
