I started round 1 playing both haha

Had a look at a fun option spending up some coin
Could go Friend + Burns out Ponga + Tedesco in

    Would give me

    Cook
    Napa Lawrie
    Arrow Murray Garner
    Morgan Ponga
    Bird Nikora
    Tedesco CNK Sivo

    CSmith McCullough Mahoney Capewell

    Ravalawa Host Keighran Brown

Will probably go a couple cash earners instead but it does look nice seeing it on paper

Looks like Carty has me in hundcuffs.  Havent fully looked but I won't be able to get a second decent half without trading someone like Edwards instead and not sure with the carnage that thats worth it.

Carrying a red dot and a red cross on the bench for now.

What minutes can we expect from Sele off the bench? If he sees 40 in the forward pack could be good for 35? and a couple price rises for a couple weeks before i sell him.

Personally I'm just happy to play sivo this week because the alternative is playing nobody.

Despite the loophole I'm not too excited for WFB3. I get to see Kahu's score which will be shit, before swapping it with Rava's score which will also be shit.

I could get Ponga through Edwards but then have to play Rava and Sivo with no WFB cover.  Morgan and Ponga looks wonderful in the halves though.  Could dump Mahoney or Capewell instead but prefer not.

If Garner plays I'll have 19 this week after trades. Jack Bird in first looping spot for Thursday night

Have to forego Teddy due to the halves carnage (technically I could bring in Teddy instead of Rein, which is something I will think about over the next couple of days)

I can't believe that people are legitimately bringing in Cartwright. He's legitimately a negative point magnet, sure he can get attacking points but he's in a horrible team without any type of security if they keep losing. He's more likely to drop randomly than his child.

Rein (only 16 players) vs mahoney and cartwright

    Hope: 55 vs 105 (50 + 55)
    Expection: 55 vs 85 (40 + 45)
    Reality: 55 vs 65 (30 + 35)

Feeling a bit conflicted playing both Sivo and Xerri. Should be up against each other.

Need to trade in a WFB this week.

Have Teddy and CNK. Not comfortable playing Rava. Have Burns but will hold in EMG.

I have $822 to spend. My best options are RTS, Turbo and Ponga. I feel like Turbo is over priced after his 80, Agree?. Ponga could still drop in price but I won’t have enough cash to bring him in when he bottoms out, so its pretty much now or few weeks down the line (will probably cost more by that stage)

    Who do I pick?

And my current trades irreversible at the start of the first game.

If Rava gets dropped and Garner doesn't play I'll be stuffed.

    I’m similar mate!

Brown, Garner, keighran, burns, friend, Hughes apparently having to shake off a shiner (should be right) and ravalawa not 100% safe has me struggling to field 17 and rethinking my trades

When Cartwright starts on the edge and plays more than 40 minutes he averages over 50.

The original carty party was not sarcastic in any way. If you have any faith in his job security at all he'd be a supremely tempting trade in at this point.
The fact that many people are currently relying on one of Brown/Keighran in their 17, and Cartwright is a cheaper option = giddy up .

I will be Carty Partying on the Rein Train this week.

    Let's go Titans!

Go with CHT. Will get a try this week, dummy to Harris to slice through the line.
