65 minute 2RF with no tries I think Garner struggles to hit 35 long term plus few injuries already
80 minute Capewell is 40-42 but gets moved around a tonne!
Tough choice that fella

Upvote: Brown to Ponga and Lane to Crichton with 123k leftover
Downvote for: Brown to Ponga and Lane to Tedesco with 46k leftover
I would get Tedesco but I think, it may be better after Origin and perhaps Crichton and Ponga have more money to make. Kind of like keepers and cash cows in one. Also, lets me work towards another upgrade sooner with more cash in the bank
Team before trades:
507k+
Mahoney
Fifita Taupau
Gillet Lane Murray
Morgan CHT
Nikora Bateman
CNK Sivo Ravalava
Tolman (B)mith Bird Rein
Burr Brown Burns Morris

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 30
I really want to piss Bird off for either Canterbury Okkie dude and some cash, or through an upgrade to Bateman, as I just don’t like the bloke and don’t enjoy owning him.
... but he should cover his BE comfortably this week home to Tigers

Hey all. I'd love some advice from some people much wiser than myself. Team is as follows
Cook
Fifita Tolman
Gillet Arrow Murray
Morgan Cartwright
Nikora Capewell
CNK Rava Edwards
Lane Rein Bird Garner
Waddell DBrown Sele Burns
88k ITB
I don't see a way to get Crichton and Ponga in in 1 fell swoop, so the question is get in Teddy or Bateman?
Lane + DBrown to Teddy/Bateman and CHT/Okunbur?

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 30
Any thoughts on this team would be appreciated
153k itb
Macca
Fifita, Tolman
Arrow, Murray, Gillett
CHT, Morgan
Bateman, Nikora
CNK, Sivo, Edwards
Mahoney, Capewell, Garner, Lawrie
Bird, Burr, Burns, Keighran
Looking at
Macca to Rein (I feel like similar points but at much cheaper)
Keighran to Ponga or Edwards to Ponga/Teddy
Anyone see any better trades this week?

Maybe Lane and DBrown out for Ponga/Okkie or CHT/Teddy - both turn underperformed and injured players into a cash generator and a cut price keeper.
If you are looking a week ahead you could get one of Ponga and Crichton this week for Lane and free up the cash (DBrown to CHT etc) to turn Gillett into the other one next week

Think I’d be more inclined to go the other way and just get Smith or Cook for Macca.Daedalus wrote:Any thoughts on this team would be appreciated

While you have the bank. You have other cashies that can help you get Rein next week
Edwards has gotta go though so maybe him to Ponga for now and sort out hooker later

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 30
Edwards > Tedesco
Keighran > Okunbor
Only leaves me 18k itb but not super concerned because Macca most likely will become a Cow next week and Rein as starting Hooker. Could also go Ponga instead of teddy leaving me 100k for a rainy day. Thoughts?

Nice moves. Rainy days aside I prob prefer Ponga. Just represents better value at the time you’re team and bank/value buildingAdrianoooo wrote:Edwards > Tedesco

This Up/Down vote system for people posting questions about which selection of trades to make is super good, means you will get more "answers" rather than just 1 or 2. Keep it going!

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 30
My concern with Teddy is that how much he could potentially be rested over origin. We've seen what the Chooks do no matter who's in the team at the moment so Robinson might be more inclined to rest Teddy around that period. Especially with Morris there (if fit) and that English fella. Just thinking allowed. Ponga will play origin but the team are desperate for wins, so he will be backing up if fit.

And for people new to the forum, downvote button does not effect your reputation, so don't feel worried about asking/getting downvotes

Sounds like a potential loophole.

So Aloiai named at lock, Eisenhuth on bench & ET dropped. Aloiai has been one of the Tigers best coming off the bench but this week he starts. Is he worth a punt. Thoughts & thanks.

It's a big gamble that he keeps that spot. I agree he's been good but losing teams are always going to chop and change.White Lightning wrote:So Aloiai named at lock, Eisenhuth on bench & ET dropped. He is tempting. Not that far off being a cashie price. History isn't great though. If this was round 1, you'd take the punt, but it feels a bit 'middle of nowhere' to use the trade to bring him in.
