I don't know how that works out every time but it does.
I'll probably be in the Falcon when the party comes around this arvo, I'm still on a high from the Rabs party

Biggest problem for me over the next few weeks will be not sure how I can bring Twal in.
Had Twal in and out of my team during pre-season, but ended up going Gillett. Looked like a great move after round 1.
Might have to forego him and hope some other gun FRF has an off game to make them affordable
I had pencilled in Crichton next week but with Garner/Arrow/Murray all going alright in 2RF then swapping McCullough to Twal might be a decent move
His DPP FRF/CTR and plays the first bye really helps my team going forward as have no real cover with so many hookers and Taupau will be 100k more
Ryan James will be about 600k then, though he is living on scraps at the moment having only played 42mins last week
Will worry about it next week as the past 2 weeks I have finished the past couple rounds with a few red dots so not thinking too far ahead.

Maybe an intervention is required. Poor bugger is probably at Uncle Bills grabbing chips and dip that expired months ago

Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 Part 31
I have been max trading and don't see it ending any time soon. I think two main reasons. I normally do a better job with my starting team. More duds than usual particularly a lack of an out an out captain choice which I have remedied this week (I think with Woods out Fifita who was already going well will go bananas, could well be 70 minutes plus for the foreseeable future and we know he can do that and score well. Secondly I'm focusing on early cash generation more than usual. My trades have been cow/cow, cow/cow, cow/gun, cow/gun. Started this week in the 4000's so hopefully it pays off.

I'm Christian (Folau is Mormon I think?), and Folau is a goose
Like the tattoo bit, everything is open to misinterpretation if you fail to look at context. I could find 50+ examples of bible verses that are regularly misinterpreted and used to condemn on both sides of the argument
Bottom line is (from my beliefs not everyone's), we are all sinners and we aren't the judges of others, and ironically for Folau to think himself above others is considered a sin. His job is to love others and show the same grace that his God shows him, and what he said sends completely the wrong message. I'll leave it at that because this isn't the place for a religious rant that no-one wants to hear!
The problem is us as humans. I'm not Christian, but the real problem is humans. Whether we use 'religion' for our stupidity or not, we're just a stupid species... Except for all the well-endowed, intelligent, fearless, suave gentlemen that frequent this forum

Yeah pretty gutted. The Haas info was great but only got to check it post game. Definitely would've picked him up as I hadn't made any trades yet. Oh well. Better keep up with the thread instead of keeping up with my responsibilities

Money generation vs scorers
Anyone ever gone full cow before and tried to make a late points surge after some crazy cash generation? Could be an interesting group team idea next year to compete against the community team set up we already have?
Nah. You have to have guns otherwise you fall behind QUICK. My mate tries to pull it off every year, ends up too far behind to catch up. Gutted I didn't start with Fifita or Farah when I went for tier down lol

Trades so far:
Rd 1:
Arrow to Bateman
Holland to Host
Rd2:
Sironen to Rein
Rd 3:
Burns to Twal
Rd 4:
Edwards to Ponga
Keighran to CHT
Happy to have gotten onto Bird, Bateman, Rein and Twal in decent time. Hopefully Ponga works the same.
Biggest regret - Host.
