They reckon CHT's defence isn't great, but it's better than SJ's when he made 1st grade.

I think that as an average base, he will make around 20 tackles, 50 to 100 run metres, 100 to 150 kick metres, and goal kicks. He'll almost certainly get a bare minimum of 1 or 2 TB's a game, he's just that type of player.
Thoughts on Xerris base with SJ on his side?, 35 in base without him is impressive.
I have no problem bringing CHT in but I'll be filthy if I can't flick Edwards to a gun by 25k because of it.

Lawrie or Capewell for my final spot? Thinking Capewell because of his likely 80 mins.
Thankfully arsed Edwards yesterday, was thinking of keeping him 1 more week. But I backed to play Garrick instead, hopefully he can knock out a 20 odd..
Have gambled on Meaney, bit of a POD and probably has the most potential value in that cheaper range of WFB. Hopefully can be an easy upgrade in a month or so.

James definitely for the brave Fantasy players. Still not convinced on Crichton though even with his pedigree. Although I am a bit closer to picking him after comparing Cordner and Sutton numbers wise .EJ24 wrote:Ryan James vs Crichton
2 Interesting choices for next week. I would think the 2 injured props will come back and take minutes from James. If he stays at prop and keeps his minutes he could be a good buy. His scoring is so volatile and he relies off tries to go big though. Averages 58 when playing over 70 minutes or more at prop. With the dual position he could be a good option for people to swap with Tolman/PV and upgrade them to someone else.
Seems like Crichton has the 80 minute role and running off cronk he is surely gonna go over for some pies. Ryan Matterson scored 4 tries in 8 games in this role. Scores should pick up from here, 3 or 4 of the opening games were played in the rain which had an effect on some players scoring.
Whats everyone reckon ?
I initially thought before investigating that Cordner was seeing more ball then Sutton did, but after a quick glance doesn’t look to be that much in it.
Also, can anyone remember which side it was at the Rabbits that had all the tries come from it last couple of years. It was like 2/3 to 1/3. In saying that, more than likely because Crichton was actually on that side?

Capewell based on potential to get a big score. Although haven’t considered the bench changes. Lawrie a toiler but the chances of a meatie are very slim.Blain wrote:Lawrie or Capewell for my final spot? Thinking Capewell because of his likely 80 mins.

haha, I have no idea. I reckon he's going to score well, average 35, will probably return a few big scores if he gets an extended run.

I'd go Capewell as well, he seems to get a 40 every week without too much trouble. If he jags a try he'll be flying.
Lawrie, could pump 50, but unlikely to go higher, and may not get the mins he needs.
There probably isn't much between the two, but Capewell is just more likely of getting a big score.

"You have made changes to your team using this traded in player: Kalyn Ponga. For example, you may have made him Captain or switched him with a dual position player etc. You therefore cannot reverse this trade directly and will need to use the Rollback button to reset your team to what it was at the end of the last round before any current round changes were made."
This is the note i'm getting yet I traded Lane out from the bench for Ponga.

Another vote for Capewell.
I have both playing so hoping for 40+ from both of the boys.

Try switching your team around and try to reverse the trades one at a time.

Hmmm that's strange indeed. Why do you want to reverse it??

Today, I am faced with the very exciting prospect of choosing who to play between Garrick and Ravalawa.
Gut feel all week has been Garrick, so I'll stick with him. Weather looks good for Newy today, and there is some showers predicted for Sydney tomorrow, which seems to help the theory.
Garrick double, 52 pts. Carn lad, its your day to shine.

Wallace charged for 2 match suspension, makes James more attractive. Should get close to 80 minutes in round 12 too with both Wallace and Arrow missing

It was the left side for the rabbitohs i think. Pretty sure angus was on the right and sutton on the left. Im gonna see how he goes today against the sharkies. In b4 he gets 80 and jumps 50k
