What a mistake playing Bird last night. Again what a mistake giving Edwards one more go. Hopefully he can do something in the 2nd half.

I came to his defence last week when he was still at FB but there just aren't enough opportunities for a guy lacking that level of confidence on the wing.

Yea no positional sense there either, twice Blake was drifitng to touchline and he made no effort to come back inside to try and accept the ball

He needs some earlier ball off Blake which doesn't even look like coming!

Wish Rein would take off for a dummy half run or two. Even if he doesn't get a ton of metres, he could his team out for real by running at RCG for a free penalty.

Wut. No! Don't Stoke his ego that easily, give rabs the credit when he deserves it, but blind Welshy could have told you (in his heart of hearts)  Dedwars would be pushing it uphill once they moved him.

In defence of Edwards, Mansour has been terrible this year on the Panthers wing as well! their back just aren't an outlet for fantasy currently

All the set plays go to Peaxhey. Would like to see him come into the middle looking for work to make things happen, but that would involve looking for work. Can't really complain as long as he gets 30-40 just from defence though - have to pray he doesn't start falling off from tackles.

I think as soon as he was switched he called come TLT that Edwards would be in NSW cup or at wing. Not a huge call in hindsight but he got it right.

I honestly hadn't compared the two like that. You'd have to think they'll sort it out soon but holding on that long will probably hurt too much. Edwards could be like Holmes last year (down start, got a bit of confidence through origin and was a gun from then on). Probably cant hold him hoping for that though.
