Jake Friend is hopeful of returning next week for the Roosters (via @dan_walsh64). Has been dealing with recurrence of nerve injury in neck/shoulder, usually doesn’t require over a month recovery but unfortunately has high recurrence rate due to sensitivity of nerves

2. Coaching an NRL team is a boring mundane job and there is nothing better than the exhilaration gained on a Tuesday from fucking with your fantasy team. Except of course doing it in real life.
